The price was not bad at all! He also mentioned how my car wasn't supposed to sound a certain way when starting and with our permission, fixed it. I had no clue my car could sound like that! Greg Norris sold me a piece of junk and he knew he did. We had the car for 2 days when it had to be towed back to his shop. The first break down I paid for the tow and he paid to fix it. Now over 2 months later it is still broke down and has been in the shop five times and had to be fixed because his mechanic ruined our car.And now Greg Norris has left us with a car that does not run and has cost a fortune in loan payments, insurance and repair bills and no car to drive. I have paid all the rest of the repair bills except the first one. I have all the receipts and I have audio of his wife saying their mechanic does not know how to work on the Mini Cooper after he screwed out up twice. So the third, fourth and fifth time we took it to a mechanic that knows how to work on a Mini Cooper. I also have an audio of Greg Norris from today saying it is my car now and my problem. Let's see how quick he blocks me or delete this bc he doesn't want anyone to know.He also said he replaced the water pump and I am having the water pump replaced today and it had the original water pump so that was a lie too. And that is all on audio. He said they replaced the alternator the first time bc on audio he said he went to pick it up but the alternator was replaced the last mechanic visit I also paid for and it was the original alternator too. So what happen to the alternator he claims he replaced that he personally picked up. His mechanic replaced the valve cover and valves and didn't do it right and he replaced it again and he still didn't do it right. So we still have a broken down car that is beautiful but doesn't run. It has been over two months paying payments with the third payment due in two weeks and no car to drive.I also will share some of the pictures of this beautiful car that I wish would run but doesn't . You can see for yourself how bad things were. All I want is for him to warranty his work his mechanics did that ruined my car.Happy Birthday to me!! Update on my Mini Cooper Countryman S. I named my car Coopie! I really loved this car. I never dreamed that someone would ever sell someone a vehicle like this that was so damaged. I am a woman on social security *only* and this car has been nothing but a nightmare. Very sad that I am paying a car payment and have NO CAR!! It has now been to the mechanics 7 times. It is not repairable unless I want to put more than half the value of the car back into it. But we have already put out a couple thousand and the blue book value is so under what we owe it is frightening. So I cannot put any more money into this car. It is now parked in a storage lot because it is not operable AT ALL!!! It has been towed a total of 5 times. It has been in the shop almost the whole time we have owned it except for a week to 10 days. And we bought it June 24, 2024. And the car broke down two days later. Greg Norris knows all this and is on audio stating to me, NOT MY CAR NOT MY PROBLEM. And before everyone says something, yes it was bought As Is, but had 30 days warranty. So it should have been covered. And yes it is the engine and so many other things. So all I have to say is buyer please beware and really check out your dealer before they close up shop and run.They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Check out what they did when his mechanics worked on it the first time but NEVER AGAIN!! Beautiful car that doesn't run.
