In addition to my growing cataract problem, my vision had steadily declined over 45 years periodically requiring stronger and stronger lenses. (Suddenly, at age 40, I couldn't read a newspaper.) While I don't recall who suggested Fisher Eye, it was only good luck that I wound up with Dr. Vaziri who suggested that my cataract removal could include a lens replacement that would eliminate my having to wear any glasses at all. Apparently, a fairly recent development in artificial lenses that would focus far, near, and in between was becoming routine and would work for me, even at my ripe old age of 85. Wow, I'm now, completely glasses free with 20/20 vision! Thank you, Dr. Vaziri. The procedure is not inexpensive, but, in my estimation worth it. No hassle, no pain, only gain. The eye drops that were prescribed at my normal pharmacy were put on back order, so his staff had them sent to a pharmacy they knew had it. Minutes after the surgery, I cried because I could actually read the road signs! I haven't been able to do that without glasses or contacts since I was 10. My post-op appointment today was amazing! My results are phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for better! I am so so happy. Dr. Robin and his staff literally just made my quality of life so much better. Forever grateful!
