Melissa the owner ordered my piece for me & had it the next evening for me. She really went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I usually get the GRAV brand bowl cup but she suggested a different piece that was actually much better. I'm glad she did because the piece she suggested is designed so that the flower cannot get sucked through the hole of the bowl cup no matter how hard you pull on it. Very cool.
