I must say, I was lucky it rained this afternoon while I was taking a nice walk at Bayside which forced me to wait for the rain to stop before I can walk back home. I found myself drawn to the fresh fine cigars aroma coming out of this little gem, Bayside Cigars. I had a delightful cigar experience and a great chat with Freddy the shop Manager. To be honest I have stopped smoking cigars for more than 15 years that aroma was irresistible and I knew I am going to have a lovely experience. Freddy was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions which helped me decide the cigar I am getting. Boy o boy! Was a very mild torpedo. Very welcoming and delicately filled and organized with so much more than cigars. Please check the pictures I uploaded for your convenience and see for yourself what a damn cool shop that is. The owners seem to be working on opening a cigar lounge. How cool will that be. Everyone must experience Bayside Cigars. I highly recommend it and will sure come back again. First of all I know nothing about cigars at all. I have a friend that asked me to bring him some cigars while I was in Miami and I found this shop. I had a list of which ones he was looking for and I was still struggling. Luckily, Melayes was working there and ready to help. He assisted me with the list and helped me find some good cigars for my friend. This shop is really nice and has a little seating area where I believe you can smoke. I also noticed the area with humidors where people keep their cigars there. Very nice shop and super helpful staff. Thanks! read more

This place was cleaner and more comfortable than the Miami Hilton. Great selection of cigars, great lounge to sit and enjoy a cigar, and I saw a small mini bar as well. The decor is great. They have at least 6 large chairs and TV playing soccer today. The gentleman who helped was likely the owner. He was very knowledgeable and familiar with this product. I also noticed they sell a few supplies to go along with cigars, such as cutters in the like. I will definitely stop by again the next time I am in Miami. read more

This fantastic shop is located in the back half of Bayside Marketplace. Parking is easy to find onsite and on the street. The owner Emre is super friendly, knowledgeable and has a great selection of fresh cigars. I bought two boxes my favorite is the camamcho Bxp Connecticut shade. It's smooth mellow and burns well. Starting a year ago I began enjoying cigars thanks to this cigar shop. I walked in and met Keenan, told him I'm new to the cigar game and wanted to learn everything about it. With a lot of patience Keenan showed me different styles ranging from conneticuts to maduros and all the brands that carry them. I've since bought cigars there monthly for when I enjoy them at night when on shift (fireman) or when I'm at home. He's guided me through the different brands including his own and have gained a lot of knowledge in the process. I believe in today's day in age customer service of this kind is hard to find and sometimes overlooked when found. These guys have always been friendly and welcoming no matter how many stupid questions I have. Cigars are meant to be enjoyed and are a delicious addition to a man or woman's life, with people like Keenan and his fellow staff at the helm like Emre (brother) of Bayside cigars your journey without a doubt will be as enjoyable as mine. What a great find! I came across this gem while enjoying a night out in Miami with some friends. I now drive over 20 miles in a regular basis. They have set the new standard to which every other cigar shop will be measured against. This is what small business is all about. Amazing offers. Second-to-none service. Friendly staff. I went to get a cigar for a friend and my experience at this place was amazing. I don't know much about cigars but the guy who was there that day was really nice, very honest with his recommendation, you can tell he knows and he loves his business. This is my first official Yelp review and that is because I couldn't resist posting what an amazing experience I had with this shop. I know absolutely nothing about cigars but Kenan was the most accommodating, informative and patient person I have ever encountered. I wanted to do something special for my father and Kenan really went so above and beyond to understand what my father would like and appreciate that it brought tears to my eyes. Not only did he tolerate my relentless calls and questions but he even gave me his number to follow thru after he was off work to ensure that all went well. Genuine service and customer appreciation such as this rarely exists and I appreciate it more than words can express. Thank you for making me matter even if I'm 3000 miles away and not the days biggest spender. I wanted to do something special for my Dad and you listened and helped me make that happen... eternally grateful. read more

I even had to use tape to close gaps of air because the base did not attach to the stem correctly. Complete waste of $100. Overall they broke a promise and I had to call everyday for a week until I gave up. The hookah had poor quality and they are not knowledgeable about their products. I will never shop here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bayside Cigars. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. It quickly became clear that this establishment has a strong prejudice against white customers. The owner was dismissive and rude, giving me the cold shoulder while warmly attending to others. I tried to engage in conversation about their products, but he was unhelpful and made it obvious that he didn't want my business. It's disheartening to encounter such blatant discrimination in this day and age. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects fair and respectful treatment. read more

This is the best cigar shop in Miami, I go to downtown/brickell area quite often and I make sure I stop by to stock up on my cigars. They have an extensive collection, the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. What's impressive is, they carry Davidoff brand, which is one of my favorites and I know that they are super picky as a company in choosing who carries their brand. This tells a lot about the store... They also have some high end lighters, accessories, humidors as well as some great gifts. It is really a 5 star shop. read more

Hidden gem at Bayside mall. They mainly sell cigars but also if you are looking for a gift - there is so much to choose from beside cigars. They have these plane and boat models, fancy lighters, even some jewelry for guys. The stuff really knows their product - they recommended two cigars I never tried before. This place is a gem. I have smoked the same cigar for years and the owner turned me onto some great new cigars, which I would have otherwise avoided. Interesting selection of rare cigars at $$$. The shop is very difficult to find in a goofy 1980's mall, where NOBODY speaks english. You might as well be in downtown Caracas. Worth the trip if you want quality. read more

Pretentious owner who acts like he is doing you a favor when you buy or ask a question about the cigars. Very nonchalant attitude to customers. No Thank you, I will spend my money someplace else where I feel welcome. read more
