It came to pass that a relative of mine got himself in some sort of trouble and clearly needed a lawyer. There are all kinds of lawyers from lawyers that do real estate to medicade applications to criminal law. Well this time the search was for a criminal defense lawyer. This office someone always answers the phone. The lawyer himself will actually call back with in a short time. His office is small but who wants a big glitzy office? you just want someone that is understanding and knows what the heck they are doing. After visiting other law offices I was surprised at how different they were from one clearly a big mess to one too fancy and too many people working there to one that is an out and out crook but that's for another review someday. Mr Moza is personable,understanding and actually cares about his clients. He will go the extra step to find out the real truth and from what I have seen work hard to bring the truth forward and protect his clients. as with anything especially lawyers get that upfront out the door price so there are no surprises down the road.

You will recall in May 2023 that young former marine protected himself and everyone on his NYC subway car by subduing a violent psychopath and career criminal, who accidentally died. Dysfunctional NYC rewarded Penny's heroic efforts by charging him with manslaughter! My case, which began 4 months later, contained many similar elements, but fortunately my "victim" survived the righteous exercise of my Human and Constitutional rights to self-defense. But like Penny, I was in desperate need of top-notch legal counsel and representation. I decided to find out who Penny's attorneys were, and that's when I found the deservedly top-rated law firm of Raiser & Kenniff. Mr. K is, like me and Daniel Penny, an armed forces vet, having served honorably in wartime Iraq. Besides the rank injustice of such an unnecessary and mean-spirited action, they had no evidence capable of meeting their evidential burden, even though that burden has gotten frighteningly lighter in recent years. Indeed, their only evidence was languishing in a solitary confinement unit on Riker's Island - where he should have been the night we met - and they had nothing else but that maniac's word to go to the grand jury with. But the bitter old saw, "You can indict a ham sandwich" is true, especially in frightened Gotham. The expense and ordeal of a full-blown criminal trial still loomed. That trial never happened because the asst DA knew who was representing me: the notorious legal gunslingers Raiser & Kenniff, i.e., Daniel Penny's high-profile attorneys! When the Wokesters working for the People (?) noticed I had retained Raiser & Kenniff they realized they would have many, MANY hours of work ahead of them, and in the end they would STILL lose. An overworked, underpaid public defender contracted from the Legal Aid Society likely would have ASSISTED their fellow Bolsheviks in the Bronx DA's office to insure I did at least SOME time in an upstate concentration camp. After all, I was white and my "victim" was black so Social Justice demanded it! But thank God I didn't have some sorry-assed, limp-wristed, Brandon-loving public defender. Instead, I had the great Tom Kenniff in my corner, and that meant trying to railroad me into the clink would be a waste of precious time and resources. So barely four months after my arraignment a mealy-mouthed, assistant DA requested the judge dismiss all the charges against me. It was all I could do to exit the courtroom without twerking! HAH! He is unprofessional very condicending giving racist male shovanist tease. This is my opinion, being of African American decent and a female. He seems to lack basic knowledge being a respected attorney for over 34 years and he has no problem reminding you every chance he gets. He didn't recognized me on one of my court date when I was sitting in court. When my name was called he told the judge I wasn't there. I had to stand up and made myself known to this man. He was very rude and when I asked him if he could get my conditional discharge deal that I was being offered to drop from 6 months to less he got angry and asked me who told me this. I told him another attorney. This was when my John T serio got angry and told me to get another attorney and disconnected the call. Mr Jobn T serio also didn't know he the difference between a cross complaint and a whole other complaint. When I finally decided to ask for another attorney this man refuse to step down and also told the judge how I was the second attorney appointed by her. This was a lie he was my first attorney in District Court I had a different attorney in criminal Court in minieola. Mr John T serio was trying to convince me to take a deal although I told him repeatedly I wasn't interested in a deal. He tried to make me feel stupid as his client disrespecting me every chance he got. Mr Jon T serio also adamantly lied to me telling me I should take the deal because my one year OOP was about to expire. He told me the OOP was for 6 months and when I sent him a copy proving it was for a year he didn't even apologize. I'm not sure what he is like as a private attorney.
