I have hired Carlo a few times for multiple legal actions. He was my attorney when I was selling my…read morebusiness last year. Very knowledgable and cares about making sure I understand what I'm signing. He also makes sure that I get the best deal possible before I sign. Then I used him for another law suit, where the guy was suing me personally. He contacted the other lawyer and within a month, had it thrown out. Most recently he helped me with my home modification. Got me a awesome mortgage payment when previously, I tried by myself and only got rejection letters. Very professional, knowledgeable of the law and you feel like he really cares. Ever since I found him, haven't had to use any other lawyer. No reason to. Plus he is very fair with his price.

My experience was extremely frustrating and ultimately very costly. I felt that I could never…read moreactually get through to my attorney because communication was almost completely controlled by his assistant. Getting answers, having calls returned, and getting clear information about what was happening became an ongoing struggle. What was especially upsetting was that I rely on this attorney to properly handle an important real estate transaction, and I feel that his lack of knowlege and attention to the matter resulted in significant unneccessary costs and stress for me. I should not have had to repeatedly chase down information or question whether things were being handled correctly. The entire process left me feeling that my interests were not being adequately represented. For the amount of money I paid, I expected competent legal guidance, clear communication, and someone who would take responsibility for my transaction. All of his numbers on prior closing statement were incorrect and not in my favor. Even post closing when everything was supposed to have been handled, I am incurring costs. I would not use this attorney ever and based on my experience I would encourage anyone looking for a real estate attorney not to look at his 5 star review, instead ask for his references from clients.
