I was also told that cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing an order. I understand that handmade or made-to-order jewelry requires production time. However, I believe customers should be made fully aware of the expected wait time and cancellation policy before spending $570. I was very surprised to learn after contacting customer service that I might have to wait until October for an item I already paid for in full. I asked the company to provide proof of exactly what production timeframe and cancellation terms were displayed when I placed my order. Based on my personal experience, I recommend that potential customers carefully review all production times, delivery estimates, and cancellation policies before placing an order.
