Every tire I ever bought (the 20 years I rode while living in the Burgh) I had mounted there. Every clutch in every bike (over 20 motorcycles) for a couple of decades.. Once again.. Only Norms.| There was nothing they wouldn't work on. (they even turned wrenches on my BMW's and Moto Guzzi.) I moved to Florida a dozen years ago. Decided to do a nostalgia project out of a bike I found in the back of a guys garage for cheap (1978 Honda SuperSport with the inline 4 750.) Called to check for parts while planning a trip back home.. Was super sad to find out they had closed up shop. If you ever had the experience of dealing with Norms.. You KNOW you haven't lived the pieced-it-together rat bike lifestyle until you knew where everything was in their yard and warehouse, and had invested countless Saturdays mornings hanging out in the showroom or around the side in the garage absorbing wisdom and know-how. Norm's will be a part of a lot of people's memories for a really long time. At Norm's... It didn't matter WHAT you rode.. it only mattered THAT you rode. Best to those that kept it running for so long after Norm!

I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.

They took over the old movie theater, and now the place is HUGE!! They even kept one of the theaters intact so they can have presentations, and show motorcycle live-streams and movies . . . COOL! My reason for coming here today was two-fold. 1) To buy a new helmet (which I found, one I liked, and in my size, that wasn't too expensive), and 2) to test ride a new Triumph Scrambler 400 XC during their Demo Days. I had fun riding the bike, and I even received a free gift, a little Triumph tool kit. Lyndsay in parts was excellent, and she even gave me a Veteran Discount when purchasing my new helmet. They had sooooooo many motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft to see. Wowza . . . this place is a destination and was worth driving in from an hour away . . . Cheers!!!

The day it was inspected my brake light a flashing light in it and they passed it. Now they passed ever since, now this year they did pass it because they said my turn signals wouldn't pass and charged me for the inspection. Now today I took it back for the turn signals after putting new ones on now the say the brake light is illegal and that my front brake lever isn't working the brake light which was ok two weeks ago and charged me for another inspection and said it wouldn't pass again because of the front brake lever. The motorcycles in their showroom were all in great shape, and the staff were quite friendly. They were fast with the whole process of buying the bike, the longest part being the loan application and approval. They do an inspection upon intake of the bike, and they do the state inspection again when you purchase it and will walk you around the motorcycle to show you what you need to know and to answer any questions you may have. They make sure to send you off with a smile, giving you a Hillview T-Shirt and snapping a picture with your new purchase. After everything, Travis helped us load the bike, riding it onto the trailer and helped fasten it down properly. Will definitely do business here again.
