I love Collingwood Brewery! They have a selection of between 4 to 5 beers on top (all brewed in house). I love the Saison and wheat beer. Plenty of seating right in the brewery and nice outside patio for the summer season make this location a treat to visit for a drink! Friendly staff and tasty beers, what more could you ask for! They also have some interesting collaboration beers with other local brewers which are fun to try. In addition to the cans you can buy, they also let you fill up growlers. Can't wait for my next visit!

The service was excellent and by seeing the smiles of the brewery workers and staff all are happy and not just hoppy to work here. My flight consisted of the Lot 9 Pilsner 4.7 abv, Urbock Dark Lager 6.0 abv and the New England IPA 5.1 abv. My spouse had the Premium Lager, a 5.0 abv Bohemian Lager.

All of their beers are brewed on-site, allowing visitors to enjoy the freshest brews available. The front area includes a bar with tasting options, and snacks available for purchase. For those looking to take home a souvenir, there's a variety of branded merchandise, and cases of beer available for sale. There also a free photobooth for guests to use. For an added touch of fun, they offer 45-minute tours of brewery that usually starts on the hour. There are three ticket options to choose from: - $15 - tour and one sample (original brew only) - $20 - tour and 4 samples - $25 - tour, 4 sample, and branded glass cup to take home. Those purchasing the 4 sample tickets will get to sample their original brew, and a choice of 3 others from 5 of their seasonal brews. The samples are 5 oz each. The interior is clean, well-decorated with ample seating indoor and outdoor, and has two single bathrooms for convenience. The staff here were all very warm and welcoming. However, the establishment is not wheelchair accessible. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to savor some beer and soak in a pleasant atmosphere.

Party Time is the name on our receipt and it resulted in a great time. He was very helpful especially when explaining to me that the Caesar was a Bloody Mary type drink and not the salad I thought it was. We shared Beer Barbecue Sauce Chicken Wings that had carrot and celery sticks plus fries. The decor was great inside and the view of the Blue Mountain Ski Lift was unique. What I like about Northwinds is that it doesn't try to be any more than a pub - the menu is exactly as expected (heavy on burgers, wings, etc) and they have an extensive beer offering. The prices are good for Blue Mountain and the service is fast. I had the Spicy Dill Burger ($26) which was a generous portion and a huge mountain of fries. The burger was great but I really could not finish it. The fries were fantastic. I also ordered a Brewhouse caesar ($16) which was fantastic. I wasn't a huge fan of the cauliflower bites ($15) that I ordered, but that may have been because I was extremely full and could not stomach any more food. My friends' meals also looked good and I heard no complaints. Definitely will be back next year, if we can get a seat! It's always packed, and for good reason.

We came to here because we'd tried their beer before and really enjoyed it, and we also read that…read morethe brewery was dog-friendly. So naturally, we brought our two little dogs and grabbed a spot on the patio. My wife and I both got beer flights, and we were really impressed with quite a few of the beers. We're pretty picky when it comes to sours, but the Cherry Cheesecake Sour and Guava Sour were standouts for us. Both were fantastic and easily some of our favourites of the flight. For food, I went with the Smoked Mac & Cheese. It was a little soupy underneath the top layer of cheese, but it still had an awesome smoky flavour, especially with the brisket mixed in. The BBQ drizzle was awesome and sweet too. Overall, I really enjoyed it. My wife got the Fish Tacos. She enjoyed the flavour, although she's had better fish tacos elsewhere. They became soggy pretty quickly, but she still liked them overall. Unfortunately, what really put a damper on our visit was an interaction involving our dogs. At one point, a couple with dogs came onto the patio. Our dogs barked as they walked by, and one of their dogs was also pretty reactive, which actually made us feel a little better because we knew we weren't the only ones dealing with that. However, we were later told by staff that we'd have to leave if our dogs continued barking. We've visited a lot of dog-friendly breweries and patios, and we've honestly never had this issue before. We completely understand that excessive barking can disturb other customers, and we're always responsible for our dogs, but being told we'd have to leave really rubbed us the wrong way, especially in a place that advertises itself as dog-friendly. What made it worse was that we immediately felt anxious and uncomfortable for the rest of our visit. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our food, we felt like we had to rush through the rest of our meal because we were worried our dogs might bark again and we'd be asked to leave. It really wasn't a good feeling at all, and unfortunately it took away a lot of the enjoyment from what had otherwise been a nice visit. What's frustrating is that the staff themselves were actually very, very nice. I had a great conversation with one of the employees and have nothing bad to say about the people working there. It was specifically the handling of the dog situation that really disappointed us. If you're going to advertise yourself as dog-friendly, we feel there should be a reasonable expectation that dogs are going to...well, act like dogs sometimes. The beer was excellent, the food was good, and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately that interaction and the anxiety it caused for the remainder of our meal...brought our overall rating way down.
