Also, General Manager Kevin Williams always pitched in where necessary - like if Robert was out of town - and my experience with him was exactly the same. I have had a few service issues, which service manager Pete Gillespie has really been on top of, and proactively keeping me up to date on the progress. My sense of this place is they truly value the customer, and work to keep the relationship solid. I'd give 'em six stars if I could.
