Greyhound offered to reschedule her, but they were not direct trips and she would have missed her appointment in NY. I had to fly her out from Atlanta. Greyhound refused to refund for the airline, hotel and other expenses caused by their issues. Their answer..."issues arise and we try to make it right ". Even with non refundable tickets, the issue was not because of anything my daughter did. Shame on greyhound for not assisting your customers when the problems were because your bus broke down. You have solidified my disgust for your company.

The seats are much more spacious and comfortable. At 6'5 I never used to enjoy being crammed in there, but this time was great. They've also added charging ports and wifi to their busses, along with movie, tv and gaming options. And they're still very affordable. I'm definitely going to consider riding Greyhound again in the future. Oh, and all the drivers and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Simple questions about my luggage and departure, etc were handled terribly. I was essentially patronized and talked down to like I committed a crime. "Please go inside sir!" with annoyed looks was all I was given. When I reboarded, I was continued to be spoken to in a condescending way as I asked questions about what bus we were taking or how long we had before boarding so I can get a quick bite to eat. I understand Greyhound is trying to serve the masses with their bus services, but they treated me and others like we were a nuisance.
