You can tell the owners truly care to find high-quality, unique pieces. I picked up an embroidered top and told my friend that I thought it was cute. One of the ladies working overheard me and rushed to the back to find the cutest, vintage embroidered jacket for me. If only it had fit me and was not $245. They told us that all the prices could be negotiated, even the clothes that were already discounted. The ladies working here really made this place special. If you are looking for something, they will help you find it. They also told us that they are putting new items on the floor every day. There was also a large assortment of designer pieces, such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton. This store is definitely more catered toward people that can afford to live/vacation in the Hamptons, not a college student who happened to wander in. But if that's you, this place is a must-go.

Their book collection is generally exceedingly boring. Old, obscure writers, poor condition. Hopefully my books will sell. This is a very well-kept and appointed store. They have some beautiful things. I am partial to fine china and crystal, but fortunately do not have room for any more. Prices here can be high, but the overall quality of the items is great. I struggled mightily against buying some particularly pretty china, did not give in, and wandered through the store. There was a tea cart that would have pounced on, but alas I already have one. Sad, because I like theirs better. At $175, it's not cheap. The people who volunteer here are very nice I was saddened to see a sign saying that they had to close the changing rooms because of tag switching and theft. That's really terrible. What awful people, to steal from a charity. Anyway, it was fun to wander around. Very pleasant store. After 8 weeks without receiving payment I reached out on June 7th. I was told the check had been mailed June 6. When the check arrived on June 12 it was postmarked June 9th-they clearly lied to me. From marking down the price by more than half without consent to holding onto my funds for nearly 3 months and then lying about mailing the check, their actions were extremely unprofessional. We were trying to find sizes in sweatshirts and doing our best to fold them back up but she said "do you need help finding sizes now that you messed everything up?" She continued to make passive aggressive comments until we left. She tried to embarrass and intimidate us in front of other customers (who were also shocked by her nasty behavior.) I found it so disheartening and classless.
