I'm a teacher myself, and I can see how much thought and planning Ms. Flanagan puts into her teaching. She communicates constantly and I can tell that my daughter loves and feels safe with her. My daughter is four, and the other night we were sitting down at the kitchen table writing her list of favorite Christmas songs and saying words in Spanish. I feel so blessed that my daughter is able to learn here every day!

My son wakes up excited to go every single morning, which speaks volumes about how nurturing, engaging, and supportive the environment is. The teachers are truly involved and attentive, and the academic curriculum is exceptional--it truly prepares your child for the next level with confidence. I'm especially grateful for the individualized support and regular updates we receive about our child's progress. We couldn't be happier with our experience here!

Great Beginnings is the best of the best when it comes to preschools and kindergarten programs…read more Both of my daughters started in the 2-1/2 yr old program and I intend for both of them to complete every age level including their private kindergarten program ( my eldest has already completed GBCP & K's full program and is in our local elementary school ). I have seen the teachers here recognize learning, emotional and/ or behavioral disabilities before a primary care physician and/or pediatrician. This is done from experience alone. The director, Jill Pfendner, connects to each and every student and family on a personal level, and the teachers become more like family rather than staff member ( my eldest has loved each and everyone of her teachers so much that she herself went to Jill Pfendner herself, and asked that her little sister be placed with a specific teacher ). They have play based learning with structure so that if your LO goes straight from GBCP & K to either a kindergarten program or 1st grade ( my daughter went straight to first grade but about half of her K class, of 14, went on to repeat K in their local public / private school and the other half went onto 1st grade into their prospective schools) they are able to adapt easily to the changes of a larger school. The school has onsite and offsite field trips for most if not all of the classes. The Kindergarten class alone when on 3 field trips in the first 2.5 months of school alone! They support / visit our local nursing / assisted / adult day care ( which is located next door ) in the area which has been clinically proven to improve social, vocab, emotional skills and behaviors with both the children and residents.

It's like eating wet cardboard. The burgers are edible, but barely. The buns and cheese are low quality, and and patty is, much like the crust of the pizza, without flavor. Definitely not a recommendation for a romantic night. Only go here if there is a nuclear fallout.

I say that now because they closed for the pandemic and never reopened and STOLE my hard earned money. Now I can't get anyone from corporate to even contact me back. If I find the owners address you bet your behind I'll be paying her a visit taking nearly $8000 and running off with half of it that was never earned. We purchased a block of hours from Huntington Exton office several years back when our son needed…read moresome extra help in math. We purchased a big block (spent about $8,000) since it was less expensive per hour and he was only in 5th grade at the time, so figured we would use it down the road, or if nothing else, for his SAT prep. When we purchased the sessions and he started going, our experience was mostly good. Almost all of the teachers were great and he enjoyed them and definitely benefitted from their extra instruction. Our son did comment that it did take a decent amount of time for them just to get set up and figure out what he needed work on, which is understandable.... but means you probably should schedule for a minimum of 2-3 hours instead of just one for each session length. He is now in 10th grade and has not really needed any extra help or instruction for the past few years. Last year, we received a call to see if he needed anything, and was informed that the program had changed, and that we would not have as many hours remaining as we should have. After insisting that we were still under the old program, I finally got reassurance and an email confirming that. This year, our son has not needed instruction, but I figured he could use a little extra boost at exam time, so I called at 3:30 pm one day and left a voice mail asking for a call back to schedule something. (Outgoing msg says they close at 3 but calls would be returned next business day.) I have called several times since, always getting voicemail, no matter what time of day, and no one ever returns my calls. Not sure what is going on, but this is very frustrating!
