Our child has been at TLE since he was 9mo the old and we couldn't ask for a better daycare. They have a large amount of staff that have been there for years and are well loved by the kids. My son who is now in a preschool loves to go back and see teachers he had. The front desk staff are wonderful and extremely helpful when asked. Yes they have "turnover" but in reality it is college students coming and going during their semesters so in reality they come back when they come home from school. The curriculum is well done and age appropriate. The center is clean and well maintained. My son loves going to school and is excited to go every morning and see his teachers. read more

Everyone will have their own experiences places. What I will say I have recommended them for years and those who have taken me up on my recommendation would completely agree as well of how great of a learning center TLE of EXTON is! I can not say enough great things about this childcare establishment. I have a very unique experience. From starting off sending my oldest son (who is now 15) through exton TLE, to my middle son (who is now 7) all the way from 3 months through pre-k graduation. Now my last little lady is attending there in the toddler room. I currently make a much longer drive to get there these days, but I couldn't imagine sending my daughter anywhere else! I personally think it speaks volumes of a company maintaining the same group of staff members for as many years as they have been open! The owner herself I have grown to know and love over the years, is so selfless and kind. I have seen her go above and beyond for staff members and parents of children who attend the facility. To the staff members I have gotten to know well, it is not just a job, it is making a difference In a child's life. There have been so many children of all backgrounds who have grown in their baby, toddler, preschool rooms for years, and were prepared for kindergarten. My son's being two of them. I am excited for the memories and experiences my daughter will have as she grows through the TLE of EXTON as well. read more

Please NEVER send your child(ren) here!!! Two staff members were fired for mistreating the children, and one was charged with CHILD ENDANGERMENT. This information was not disclosed to parents. The info is on the Chester County court docket. The teachers, directors, and the owner negatively gossip about families behind their backs. The management staff is condescending, rude, and fake. The curriculum is good, but the staff is mostly awful. Several teachers have been there for a while, but overall they have a high turnover rate. Please look out for your child's well-being and send them somewhere safe. read more

My daughters have been enrolled at TLE Exton since 12 weeks of age. They are now 1year and 2.5years. The center is warm and welcoming from the moment you open the door. The owner is engaged and knows/cares about the children. The directions and assistant directors are communicative, efficient with paper work, and handle parent contact with professionalism, yet are caring and supportive when calling related to a sick child. Additionally, the classroom staff are dedicated to understanding the kids and supporting their social well being and academic development. I am a type A parent who borders on being a "helicopter" parent, but the communication of the directors in conjunction with the frequently updated app have eased my nerves day after day. Lastly, my kids LOVE IT! There are RARELY tears at drop offs. At home, our conversations are filled with the names of teachers and classmates, clearly making a positive impact. read more

I cannot say enough about this place! We had 3 of our children attend this location over the years. The staff is incredible, dedicated and loving. They work tirelessly to make sure each and every child feels the love and treat them as their own. My husband and I knew they were safe each and every day. We moved our son to TLE in July after being at another local daycare in Downingtown for almost 7 years. It was a hard decision because we were ingrained in the other school but the quality had gone down sooooo much that we felt we had to make a move. We looked at several other centers in the area and the second I walked into TLE, I knew we had found the perfect place for our son. I can't tell you how happy we are. The school is run unbelievably well and I attribute much of that to the fact that it is owner operated. The teachers are all very engaged with the children and it is definitely a place of learning. No matter what time of the day I come in, no matter what classroom I walk by, the teachers are down on the floor with the kids, teaching, playing, reading to them, doing crafts, etc. It's an amazing daycare - trust me! My only regret is not making the move earlier. I highly, highly recommend TLE to anyone looking for a top notch daycare in the area! read more

I toured with the learning experience today and I wasn't impressed. I didn't like how rushed the tour was, I didn't get to go into the classrooms to meet teachers and no one introduced themselves. I didn't get the warm and welcoming vibe I wanted. I was only there 10 minutes and I had wished there was more to the tour other than touring just the building. Meeting the people who are watching your child, and checking their certifications are very important and I didn't get either one of those. Seeing the kids that were there, they looked bored just playing with toys. I didn't see any interaction between student and teacher. I chose another local daycare. read more

I've had both my sons at TLE in Exton. My oldest was there from the time he was infant till he went off to Elementary school and I now have my second son there who is 2. The teachers and staff are very caring and make sure your children feel loved and have fun! They look forward each day going. I couldn't be happier with TLE! read more

We left TLE after enrolling our daughter there for only a couple months; we left as soon as we could find another care taker for our daughter. The owner, Jill, is a wonderfully friendly person who we briefly met. However, the rest of the staff appears to be quite incompetent and no better than any other daycare. We had seen great reviews for TLE which promised that our daughter would be learning and practicing numbers, colors, etc. which students at her own level. Instead, the kids are just playing pointless games all day in mass groups which are led by leaders which appeared to change daily. They also kept bumping our daughter between two different rooms (as part of "transition"?) and we were not spoken to about this, nor did her "teachers" address the questions we asked concerning her daily schedule. In the end, it would be a much better (and cheaper!) option to send your child to another center or to a babysitter, where they will receive much better care and you will not have to suffer the cold shouldered communication which was found at TLE. read more
