This used to be a fantastic store with the previous owners, and I had multiple paintings and…read moredocuments framed there. The owners were fantastic. I went back earlier this year to frame two documents. For the first document, they wanted to charge around $500. I took it to Michael's down the road, and had it framed for less than $150 in two weeks. I still left a second document to be frames. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I called several times after 3 weeks and could never get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent emails, with now response. I went to the store in person, and it was closed for two days because they needed employee training. After 7 weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. I went back to the store immediately and picked up the document. I will have it framed elsewhere.

After my mother passed away last year, we were faced with finding a memorial when we really knew nothing of the local businesses that provided these services. In addition, we didn't want anything that would fade into a sea of other memorials, we really wanted a permanent memorial as special as the lady that it was meant to memorialize. Well, we walked into one business, and waited and waited. Finally the young guy spoke with us and showed us some of their memorials. Unfortunately, was not very motivated and just seemed like a job to him. We really wanted more than that for my mom. We then visited Choate Monument Company. It was immediately apparent that this was a mom and pop that had been in business a very long time (44 years to be exact!) Kim sat us down and went right to work. It was apparent that had the answers to anything that we had to ask. It wasn't long before we had the memorial that we were looking for, now the color. In the cemetery, we noticed a maroon colored stone that we thought was beautiful. We showed the stone to Kim and were told that it was called India Red. Awesome, that's what we want! Unfortunately we were informed that the stone must first be mined in India, shipped and then engraved. That would take close to a year, and it did. Last, we were given the total costs for the memorial. I really did expect more and thought the price was very reasonable for such a beautiful monument. Well we were very well communicated with during the whole process. After the stone was engraved, we dropped by to view the stone. It could not have been any more beautiful! The stone was set in the cemetery less than a week later. It was worth the wait. I will forever admire this beautiful tribute to my mom. Chris & Kim were caring and empathetic through the whole process. I wish I could find the words to express my sincere appreciation. Thank you both!

A consummate professional. It is a home in Forest Creek area so be aware of that, but he even wore a mask to answer the door when I arrived. It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job. Excellent customer service and I have my new place for engraving and it's close to home which is even better!!!

I AM SO GRATEFUL WE DID!!! Tony is THE nicest person! He was honest, gave incredibly fair prices and his work was stunning! I dropped the tumblers off yesterday.. we talked about the design.. he told me they would be done Monday. Which I was more than thrilled with! Today I got an email that they were ready for pick up! They turned out soooo well! We are so excited! You will always have my business Tony!
