So I don't see how they can advertise as using "free and clear" detergent. Doesn't that mean scent-free? Family medical issues have resulted in home chores, one of which was laundry, taking a back seat. So I was very happy to find a service that would take care of this task for me. I went with Wash Wizards based on the stellar reviews, the convenience of no-contact pick-up and drop-off, the free and clear detergent (aka scent-free), and the free cloth laundry bag that was supposed to come with the delivery of my first order that would then allow me to fill the bag with the items I wanted to have washed. I placed my order (bedding and bath rugs) on Friday for a Saturday pick-up. And since this was my first order, I placed my laundry in trash bags outside my front door. I just put everything in the bags. The order was picked up before noon and delivered today (Monday) before noon as well. Now, according to the website "Everything comes back to you folded and packaged in a cloth laundry bag that is provided free of charge." However, mine did not. Instead, everything came packaged in one large clear plastic bag that was knotted so tight that I had to use scissors to get the laundry out. In terms of quality of services, they did a great job folding the sheets, but there was a definite scent on the laundry. Also, I can only suppose that they washed everything (rather than separating by colors) in hot water because my pale pink sheets and floral sheets looked duller, and my slate blue sheets had clearly faded. Again, having not used a laundry service before, if I needed to separate the washing into separate bags, that would have been helpful to have included in the FAQ. And I guess I have been so used to washing in cold water that I didn't think of adding that to my order - so I'll take the blame for that - but perhaps updating the website order page to include that as an option to select, because when you are busy with other things that you need a laundry service, adding notes to your laundry is the last thing on your mind. Finally, the lack of a laundry bag bugged me, especially since the website specifically promised one as coming with the first order.

Parking is not huge, but there are dedicated spots and I've never had trouble finding one. If you can, avoid rush hours and weekends for a smoother experience. They also offer laundry drop-off service if you're short on time. I never really interacted with the staff, but the place always felt busy and running smoothly, which says a lot. One thing worth saying for those complaining about last wash times. Please be considerate. Do not come in after 8:30 pm expecting to start a load. Last wash means last wash. This is the same as showing up to a restaurant five minutes before closing and expecting full service. Staff is tired and wants to go home. Bonus points for 7-Eleven right next door for snacks or drinks. I usually brought a book and didn't mind the wait. The washing machines are fast but seem rather small even when using the "triple load" size. They definitely are not triple in size compared to a standard washer. So I am not sure what they are comparing the tripe size to. 2 pairs of sheets and a few pillow cases was all that could fit into one of these machines. In another wash I put in one queen quilt with no room for anything else. The dryers also have 2 different sizes. I started off using the large 50lb dryer for my quilt and sheets but then after their 30 min were up, I put them in the smaller dryers so that I would only have to pay $1.50 for 7 more minutes instead of paying more for the large dryers. It's nice that there is the option to pay contactless payments but in the end you probably pay more money to dry your clothes with this method since the smallest amount you can pay using contactless payments is $1.50 and if you put a quarter in you get 1 minute. So if you only need a few more minutes, go with the quarters. The people I encountered here were polite and mostly respectful of other people and the shared spaces. Except one lady who decided to have her phone on speaker where a kid was on the other end screaming for a good 15-20 min. It took a total of 2.5 hours to wash and dry 4 loads without having to wait for any machines to open up. So it was a bit longer than I had anticipated. This place was clean but the dryers smelled a little of off-gas when I had to basically crawl halfway into a large bottom dryer to reach my laundry.
