I even have an email from Debra Meehan clearly stating that this in fact was done and checked off....Fast forward to 2024 and having the septic tanks cleaned out, and discovering that in fact "This Was Never Done".... So I reached back out to Debra Meehan, and even included the email from her stating this work was completed so the sell of the home could close... Debra Replied: John & Nancy "Sorry to hear the septic is causing you concern. I was not aware of any unfinished work from your purchase. I'm sorry but there is nothing further I can do to assist." So I replied: "Then why did you tell us it was already drilled? Seriously this is how you want to handle this Debra? You were sure aware of it when you wrote the email telling us it was completed" Debra Replied: "Boom. That didn't take long." So to sum it up, Debra Meehan flat out lied to us stating the septic work was completed so the sell of the house would move forward, and she could collect her commission check. Now I'm looking at having to pay to get this corrected at the tune of $2,600.00 Debra had a chance to make this right, but chose to turn her back on us and run with commission check in hand. I'd been wanting to buy in the Chelan area for many years and had looked off and on for a few years then started to look more seriously about 2 years ago. That's when I called Nick. Nick was the listing agent for a condo I wanted to look at. I could tell immediately over the phone on that first call that we'd hit it off. He was witty and professional all at the same time. Nick ended up taking us to several different properties because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. That didn't seem to bother Nick. He went with the flow and was very patient. He set me up with the automatic email that would send the new listings with anything that fell into my price range. I went from looking at condos, to houses, and bare land. He was knowledgeable on all. He always had a smile on his face. Nick was quick to respond to my questions. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back with me. I often looked long distance since we live in Seattle. Nick made me feel like I was important even though he had many other clients he was working for too. He's very knowledgeable and has taken the time to research the properties he's showing or selling. He knows a lot about the Chelan area and its history even though he's not originally from here. If you're looking for a house to buy you won't be disappointed if you use Nick. I'd go with Nick again in a heartbeat. Nick started off as a realtor to me and ended up a friend. I'm happy to say he helped me find my perfect home in Manson! He walked me through the entire buying process and helped with the many questions I had. He installed the utilities for water, sewer and power in the slab for hook ups for the trailer. We also had him install a vinyl fence around the lot. Brian even showed up to help us move the trailer so that he could begin work. Once work was begun it was completed in a few days. I would highly recommend and will use All Aspects Concrete again for future projects. Work was done timely and for a reasonable price.
