Tried this place out for lunch. We got there early, assuming that it would get crowded. There are two floors for seating. Bottom floor had tables for groups of 4-6 plus two longer tables that fit 8 people near the entrance.
Food wise, once you sit, waiters come and serve you food. They come by with the hot pans, and say what their dish is and serve. You will need to prepare yourself to pay attention or just look at the dish to decide if you want that dish or not, cause the waiters speak REALLY fast and some mumble, so its hard to pick up exactly what the dish is. They had chicken lasagna, ham lasagna, lasagna bolonhesa, all sorts of pasta (alho e olho, com pimenta algo mexicano, com bacon...) plus gnocchi and caneloni (chicken, beef, with ricota...). There is a large variety - which was good. And they stop by real quick.
I will note, that the ham lasagna was 80% pasta skin, one sheet of ham, cheese and some chopped tomatoes. I understand the want to skimp on some ingredients, but seriously....6 layers of thin pasta, one layer of ham, one top layer of pasta and cheese on top...i would like to think the quality could improve a bit.
They also have pizza. I only saw a cheese pizza. And two sweet options (banana com canela, and chocolate). Their pizza is doughy - meaning not thin crust. wasnt the best style, but something different from all the pasta. I didnt try their banana one, as i am not a cinnamon fan. their chocolate one was really dark dark chocolate. Not sure if the chocolate is a melted chocolate or powder mix...it was interesting...and again really doughy crust...so, it wasnt my favorite. But allowed me to have something sweet to end the day.
If you go on their facebook page, you can print out coupons for a discounted price and they have another coupon for a free 290ml coke. So overall we each paid R$31 for all you can eat pasta and a coke. Wasnt bad, but I dont really see the hype for the place.
Maybe on Fridays things might be different. They seem to have a seafood special (i think it was mondays and fridays). they have seafood pastas. read more
