She represents me fully, is honest with me about expectations, fully discloses the court process/proceedings in an extremely timely manner, and is extremely fair in her fees. I have never had to chase her around to get answers on an issue, she communicates clearly and effectively, and her staff sends my documents/paperwork over as soon as they get them. The office seems to run very smoothly. Outside of those things, Penny has truly gone above and beyond to help me to navigate this system I am unfortunately in, and has done so with empathy and understanding, holding my hand when I need it...bolstering me up when I need it, explaining every step of the process to me, respecting my right to know all of the info and be a part of every decision made. She is not only an amazingly adept attorney, but a kind and caring person as well. I am so very glad I found her.

My phone did not ring but I got a voicemail saying she would call back. I paid for a certain amount of time and wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with an attorney about the questions I had. Office manager said she wasn't sure why the attorney who left me the message wasn't available and that there were no other attorneys available. Do not recommend based on my experience. Will be reaching out to other agencies to address the questions I have.

Selling a home…read morewithout a realtor can be an intimidating task to take on, but after my initial interview with Mr. Walters, I was sure that I wanted their office representing and advising me during the process. During the initial interview, which was free of charge, Mr Walters walked me through the challenges of for sale by owner, and gave me a good idea of how the process would be handled from start to finish. He was very patient in answering any questions that I had. After finding a buyer and going under contract, their office proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and patient. Any time I had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly and professionally. I cannot thank Mr Walters, Mr Galloway, and Miss Rhodes enough for the incredibly professional manner in which they treated me, the sound advice that they provided during the entire process, and the reasonable pricing that they offered. Opinion: If you…read morechoose Debra Mehaffie as your counsel, you will find she generates new problems versus solving them. She is unethical, lackadaisical, and unprofessional. The rules of the courts and her code of ethics are only applicable when she chooses. She often spoke to me in a demeaning manner. If you retain her, expect to hear about her personal problems. I am a woman of respect so I won't disclose what personal problems she shared with me, but it doesn't reflect well on a family law attorney. It was comforting (facetious) when right before my custody conciliation began, she told me the custody conciliator assigned to my case is a hot mess. Deb caused my simple custody case to drag on unnecessarily for weeks, which added strife to a situation which was already stressful. This caused my family more stress, heartache, and dismay. Thankfully, there are plenty of other family law attorneys in central PA, who have better moral compasses, solid ethics, and who will be respectful in every interaction with you.
