The popcorn has been better in the past but service and satisfaction has decreased significantly this past 6 months. I was a loyal customer, with multiple family members buying popcorn weekly. We all had more than one refill bucket and made special trips- and they were always so nice. But then something happened recently. The quality of the popcorn went downhill... and it's not inexpensive at all. Even a refill of one bucket is ten times the price of a refill at Disney World. You read that right. But the service is most concerning. When we had an issue with a batch being too salty to eat, we took it back. No apology. No offer to replace. Just do you want to pay another 15$ to refill. So my adult daughter did so... and guess what. It was awful. So goodbye to 6 regulars with dozens of refill buckets. Shame that. But there are TONS of alternatives to buying popcorn so.... read more

Great service from the young lady working tonight, she let me have a few samples to try. We settled with the spicy hot cheese and kettle corn. All in all, tasty but the kettle really sticks to your teeth and we might have got the end of the hot cheese with crumbs. This is decent popcorn and the cheese is tastier than Fischer's in MD if you're familiar. The kettle is more like a salty caramel and pales in comparison to Fischer's. This is worth a try but be sure to purchase when it's busy so you get the freshest of the fresh. read more

What a fun snack stop in Barefoot Landing! I consider myself a popcorn-guru. I can tell you the difference between mushroom, the best, and butterfly corn, amish and GMO, ladyfinger and baby blue. I have autoship on my Amazon popcorn and I pity my husband if there is a movie/Netflix night when my popcorn is not stocked in my pantry! I am discerning when it comes to my snack time. What can I say? I usually gravitate toward the savory varieties - plain or white cheddar - but little one and I wanted something sweet after dinner while vacationing recently. The entry is inviting and I love that they offer fresh water for dogs. They also advertise fish/turtle food and have bags to take to the nearby water to feed the copious amount of turtles! What is most impressive is the giant display of popcorn! HUGE cabinets, full of freshly popped & seasoned popcorn. On this visit, they had white cheddar, movie theater butter, jalapeno cheddar and buffalo cheddar up front with caramel varieties in back to prevent moisture from stealing their crunch. I tried the buffalo cheddar for giggles and purchased a small bag of chocolate-drizzled caramel. It was perfect! A thin, not overly chewy caramel coating and just the right amount of dark chocolate. A wonderful treat! I was most impressed by the kind staff, who welcomed us and answered any and all questions, shared some of their store info and also chatted with our daughter. I'd highly recommend stopping in and picking up at least a small bag to snack as you venture around Barefoot Landing, and then you'll wish you got a big bucket for the drive home! read more

I consider myself a popcorn expert. This is some of the best I've ever had! The caramel is sweet and buttery and not too sticky. It pairs perfectly with the cheese. This is a super cute shop with funny sayings on the wall to entertain you as you're deciding on which flavor to buy. There are a few drinks for sale, as well as popcorn kernels for you to take home and pop yourself. We got patient service with a smile and I cannot wait to come back! read more

Well, we had high hopes for Colette's. My girlfriend, myself, and our 3 kids stopped by tonight to spend a bit on some delicious popcorn, as we're all big fans of popcorn! We walked in and started to browse and asked to sample the kettle corn. There was a young lady working the counter and I looked right at her and asked about the garlic Parmesan popcorn. She looked at my like I didn't exist. The young man got my girlfriend's bucket of kettle corn and came back. I asked him about the garlic Parmesan popcorn and he went to the next customer in line. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the kettle corn was decent. We spent 20 bucks but we were planning to spend much more, but couldn't get the two employees behind the counter to actually help us. Colette, if you happen to read this, your employees and their lack of customer service is really costing you money. read more

Colette's Popcorn is located in Barefoot Landing on the waterway. The prices for a bag, junior, or jumbo differ depending on what kind of popcorn you get. The popcorn is a bit expensive. If you bring your bucket back in for a refill you get a $1 off. I came here twice in 2 weeks. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They have a ton of different flavors and speciality tins in case you want to give their popcorn as a gift. I bought a jumbo bucket of movie theater popcorn for $7.75 without tax. I thought the popcorn was pretty good. I did get it towards the end of the night, so it probably wasn't as fresh as if it were just popped. That said, I went back in for a refill to take back home later on in the week. I would return! read more

My favorites were the garlic parmesan popcorn!!! which had a great taste, the kind of taste where you want to keep eating more and more! The buffalo popcorn had nice spicy hints, and also undertones of butter! I'm a sucker for gourmet popcorn and I'm from Ohio where we have a lot of these places, so my standards are pretty high. This shop is located at Barefoot Landing and looks like a typical popcorn place. A small cozy space that smells incredible when you walk in. I had to go for the dill pickle popcorn as that is my most favorite flavor of all time. It did not disappoint! The flavor was subtle to start but then you are hit with the delicious creamy dill flavor and the popcorn just melts in your mouth! So good! The prices are reasonable, although the selection isn't as large as other places I've been. However, I would still come here when vacationing in NMB again. read more

AMAZING!!! Their jalapeño white cheddar is so good we went back to get more that same day! They are known for their Carmel corn. We got caramel corn with chocolate drizzle and it was delicious.
