I had not worked previously with Hugh or Anita, but the first call with them made me confident that they would work hard for us and have the experience to navigate all the bumps we might run into during escrow. Anita went straight to work, negotiating with the listing agent/sellers. To put this all in perspective, we identified the home we wanted to buy on Friday afternoon. By Friday evening, Anita had coordinated with the seller to accept our offer exclusively (they had 3 other offers on the table), and Anita submitted the offer on our behalf the same evening.
