A pretty typical Coles.
It looks tired and run down, staff look bored and uninterested. Who can blame them?
They're open until 9pm most nights which is quite handy.
In West End there's this Coles, an Aldi and an IGA. Depending on which is closest to you, they're all quite handy to pop in and grab a few things, but if you are going to do a bigger shop, you probably need to take a car.
This is where Coles West End runs into trouble. See, they used to offer 2 hour free parking underneath the complex, but they have just started charging a minimum of $5 even if you're only there 10 minutes.
There's a very limited number of parks outside, and even more limited street parking. Think hens teeth. Basically, if you want to buy more than you can walk home with, go elsewhere. The Aldi up the road has free undercover parking.
As for the store?
If it's packaged on the shelves you're probably safe.
