The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. Shawn called me back, then came out to take a look, explained process, what to expect, provided a quote and then came back out to do the work as discussed. I was completely surprised by the neatness in which they operated. Expecting things to look worse after having dealt with any sort of "construction" afterwards, that was not the case with them; they removed all trash, filled in areas of erosion by the foundation with topsoil and raked. Looks so much better than before they even started. Project itself: I have one slab originally poured under roof when we built the house and later added a separate slab abutting, allowing for more outside space with no roof cover. Years of rain, sandy soil, slope of the land, I guess nature has been taking its course...along ongoing construction of roads and new developments, sadly noticed a change in the topography since; hence some washout/voids and ultimately the cracking in these areas.
