When I had first visited this location about 6 months ago, I had given it a 5 star rating. I have since updated the review since discovering that I was lied to in regards to the total cost of my visit. I had stopped at this location as reccomended by a friend for a COVID test, and asked for the full amount since I'm unemployed at the moment, and don't have insurance. I paid the amount that I was told in full, and left thinking all was taken care of. A couple of weeks later, and I start receiving phone calls, emails, text messages and invoices in the mail saying I still owe an additional $120.00. What a way of scamming someone during the COVID pandemic. I will continue to post everywhere about my experience, and hopefully can help prevent others from being scammed! Service by the staff and the doctor (on-site) were okay. Everything went downhill after that. Doctor said that he would send several prescriptions over to my pharmacy. When I arrived, the prescriptions had not yet been transmitted. No problem, I'll wait a few hours. Checked again 3-4 hours later, still not transmitted. Called office, and they said they would call it in. That didn't happen. Finally, I called at the end of the day. Still not sent. Very frustrated, and unable to get the prescribed medication . I was the first appointment of the day so I got there early so the doctors and nurses could start their day off ahead of schedule. When the doctor came in 25 minutes after my appointment time, she examined me and gave me medicine but never said what was wrong with me. read more

No point in going here, doctor should get his license taken for malpractice. Desk ladies and nurse are nice, but no point booking an appointment ahead of time as they still put the majority of walk-in appointments ahead of you. Doctor is very disrespectful and had attitude. Do NOT come to this place! Worst Urgent Care experience of my life! The only positive was I wasn't there more than 20 minutes. It started when the staff member called me back. She took my height and weight and then asked me the obligatory questions regarding how I was feeling. When she asked if I was allergic to any medicines I told her yes and shared what medication I'm highly allergic to. She didn't know how to spell it and had never heard of it (although it is a common medication). Once the doctor came in he seemed annoyed, and only spent a minute looking at me/asking questions. Then he said I don't have strep and I should take Ibuprofen and be fine. Are you kidding me? I could have stayed home for this. The next day Kroger calls me to say I have a prescription waiting for ibuprofen but the doctor NEVER told me he sent a prescription in! I'd rather look at Web MD than go back there! The nurses were very sweet and accommodating but the Doctor was the complete opposite. He was completely useless and advised me that I should've just gone to the hospital for my issue after waiting over 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT. He did not seem to know what he was talking about. Worst place to be seen, I go in for my foot being swollen with a knot and my vital was taken as usual. Blood pressure was 186/101, I get seen by a Nurse Practitioner who states she doesn't know what is wrong, no x-ray or anything she cant explain what is going on. Not to mention she doesn't address the blood pressure that is at stroke level. I was seen somewhere else and I have a fractured bone. And given meds and a stay in the hospital for the blood pressure. This place is the absolute worst ever. Not to mention the Nurses are in the back watching tv as if no one noticed or could hear them. They made me feel rushed cause it was close to closing time. I have read through the other reviews and can share that the negative responses are NOT my experience at all. I have always found quick, good service and have left with a solution for any reason I was there...Chronic bronchitis or pre-op physicals to skin issues. I for one appreciate this place, the hours they are open and the entire staff. Thanks for doing a great job! read more

Definitely avoid this place. Dr. Sandals was not good at all. Very unpleasant, he made it very clear he did not want to be working. Did not listen to me at all. On the bright side the nurse who took my vitals was nice. But only come if it was a last resort. It's not worth it. read more

Very disappointed with the service here. They prescribed an antibiotic to take for 10 days. 13 days after the initial appointment I called to tell them the antibiotic didn't clear up the sore throat, and it was coming back. Rather than call in medication, you have to come in and pay for another visit, even though it is for the SAME thing that the meds they prescribed did not clear up. They said that I would have had to call in within 7 days. Why would I do that, when the meds were to be taken for 10 days? Duh. I think it is a money thing. This way you or your insurance company will have to pay for an additional visit. Some kind of scam. Wow. Very disappointed. read more

This was far and way the worst experience I have ever had with any medical establishment. Incompetent and rude. My prospective employer faxed them and order for a drug screening. They claimed they did have it. I had to call my employer and tell them to call. They did and finally got there act together. Asked for water because I knew I was going to have to pee in a cup and was told "someone will be with you in a minute." I would not take my dog there. Horrible. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. I saw two separate doctors in less than a week for what I considered serious health concerns and it was by far the absolute worst medical experience I've ever had. One doctor took less than 5 seconds to examine me before diagnosing me with a disease that the blood work (that I had to badger them well past the maximum 5 day wait period) proved false, despite his overwhelming confidence that he knew exactly what I was experiencing. Not only did both doctors provide me false information, but they were about as disinterested in my thoughts and concerns as one could imagine. I don't think they realize that inaccurately diagnosing a patient deeply affects their personal life. I even got to pay for and take medications that did nothing to treat what (surprise!) I didn't have after one doctor lied to me about an antibiotic that he was prescribing. I've cross-posted this review to Google where many more poor reviews are present. Drive up 27 to Ross Urgent Care if you need help from medical PROFESSIONALS. The front desk staff were the only pleasant people at Colerain and even still a nurse told me "Na, I'm good" when I asked her if she needed more details regarding my symptoms. read more
