They usually get a prescription filled right away, however, I've had a couple times when it was overlooked and I had to call to remind them. They were short staffed at the time so that was probably why. They are the only drug store in our tiny town and have a hometown feeling.

Their employees could use some better customer service skills, including phone etiquette. Several great compassionate pharmacists but current clerks need improvement. Possibly due to the revolving door they have with their clerks. Prices are way above average for most prescription.
