My seats were left with dirt on them that I could scrape away with my finger nail, so I question how thoroughly it was shampooed. I brought it in primarily for an odor, and I can still smell the odor in addition to the smell of the cleaner. A piece from the interior of my car was left on top of the car, and when leaving, it fell off the roof and I had to pick it up off the side of the road. Overall not very impressed for $200 just interior detailing.
