I had an amazing experience! Tim was very helpful and nice while helping me to pick out ski bindings. Gina was wonderful & very kind! I cannot say enough nice things about the ways that these two helped us at the store. I will definitely be back! read more

I got two sets of new skis here and are both fantastic skis. Then I needed new boots and had them fitted with Nick. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Ended up with a comfortable performance boot that is custom fit to perfect perfection. Also did the canting which was super helpful. Highly recommend this shop and Nick as your boot fitter. All the other employees at the shop were very nice and helpful too. read more

I'm not spending my money anywhere else! I've been in the ski industry a while and have never had such a good time in a ski shop! Jake, Dillon and Reece are a triple treat of a team! I came in looking for bindings and while Dillon was grabbing a selection Jake took the time to answer all my dumb questions and really educated me on what to look for ski wise. Thanks tons guys, hope to see y'all soon! read more

Cole Sport is absolutely the best on all fronts! It is a local family owned store! Not a box store! They are professional, friendly and add a personal touch which makes their service A++++! I just purchased new ski boots and one of the owners took the time to help me! I can hardly wait to start the ski season! They care, they smile and have great service! read more

Nick was super helpful! I had boots that made my toes go numb and just hurt to wear. He got my boots adjusted perfectly and they feel great now! He's also just a really cool dude and gave some great skier and life advice! read more

I cannot say say enough good things about the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Cole Sports at the base of the Park City lifts. My first experience was having to purchase a new pair of gloves after losing mine. Tim was so helpful that I decided to switch rental places for my second week here. The equipment was so much better than Aloha but what really made the difference was the time they took to make sure the boot fit was correct. They measured our feet and asked if our feet were wide or narrow. My boots and my boyfriends were perfect!! I was also given longer skis which were more appropriate for my ability level. Couldn't be happier and thinking about doing a demo package one day this week ! I am looking forward to the rest of the week and this will be my rental place the next time I am here. A big shout out to Tim, Viscente, Jesse, Seth, and Nick. read more

Highly recommend. Very friendly and Tim was amazing. He helped my son with his snowboard bindings and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Joel and Tim are ski boot fitting wizards!! I cannot thank them enough for their help and patience. I've been skiing most of my life and for the first time I have boots that properly fit my small, difficult to fit feet. Joel went so far out of his way to find a boot for me - it's the end of the season and stock is low so he called and walked around until we found a pair. Then he created custom insoles and fit the boot to me. I knew day 1 in the new boots would take some time and adjustments and Tim took so much time to get them just right. He has an incredible amount of patience and continued making tiny adjustment after adjustment to get a precision fit. When we got the boots right, I could not believe the difference in my skiing! These guys are awesome and everyone in the shop is incredibly helpful and just wants to get you feeling great on the snow! read more

I don't often take the time to write a review. Usually only get really bad experiences I feel a need to review. Today my husband and I went to Cole Sports to get ski gear. The service was top notch. As a comparison we bought new gear for three kids at Jans around Thanksgiving and we thought that was good. But it was nothing compared to Cole Sports. The knowledge of the boot fitters along with the customization and selection made the experience by far superior. You can tell their staff really care about doing a good job. We left there today knowing we have found our shop on the mountain for all of our gear. We will back many times! read more

The best boot fitting and custom footbed experience I've ever had. Tim, Nick and Dude are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. They took time to explain the "why" behind each of their recommendations. Super friendly and great buying experience. read more

Tim and Nick were really helpful when my boot lining packed out and I needed a solution to take up space without impacting performance. Thanks Tim and Nick! read more

We purchased Womens Head skis from Coles. After a few years we had a "warping" problem on the bottom of both pair of skis. David in the warranty department was awesome and incredibly professional. He worked with Head to get us a credit and as a Cole customer assisted us in getting new skis. The customer service was over and above and they stood by their product. Thank you Cole Sports for making it right! read more

Nick provided THE best ski boot fitting. Period. I put my trust in his knowledge and experience and he exceeded my expectations. I can now feel and control my skis better than ever and my feet feel good enough to ski all day. I also appreciated Nick's passion & determination to make sure everything was 100% right, tweaking and adjusting for the optimal fit. Coles is a best-in-class ski shop and I recommend them without hesitation. After my positive experience, I recommended my wife go in for a bootfitting with Nick. She is not easily impressed and she couldn't be happier with the experience & the results! Thank you Nick and Coles! -Bill read more

I want to second the other reviews for Nick in boot fitting. I now own the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever skied and my performance drastically increased as a result. I had been skiing in a pair of boots that I got from Surefoot ~4 years ago. After multiple seasons of lost toenails, a complete lack of effort on their part to adjust the boot, and a healthy dose of gaslighting ("it's just the way you ski causing the pain the boots are fine") I'd all but given up and resigned myself to the fact that in order to ski I would need to be in pain. After reading some reviews about this Cole Sport, I decided to give things another shot -- and holy cow I'm glad I did. Nick got the fit right. Period. My old boots were a size too small and way too narrow. Nick took the time to ask questions that made sure my fit was correct. He also enhanced the fit by adjusting multiple aspects of my boots from the buckles to the orthotics. At one point he heated my boots to punch out the plastic and to make room for my wide feet. Most importantly, however, he was thoughtful about the process and genuinely cared. Thanks to Nick and the Cole Sport team. I couldn't recommend them more highly! read more

There is a boot fitter here who has been here many years. He goes by the name " Dude". He has been fantastic! I've bought several pairs of boots from him over the years. This year they were out of the boot that I was looking for, nevertheless, he helped me to find them at another store. You just don't see service like this very often. Go Coles! Go Dude! read more

Cole Sport utilized online advertising paying a commission for purchases on their website. I made a purchase from them on Feb 21, 2021 based on their online advertising, and the commission sharing arrangement via BeFrugal.com. Cole Sport did not pay their vendors, and as a result, I never received my cash back. Deceptive and dishonest if you ask me. read more

JP in their tune shop does amazing work! I bought a new pair of 2021 Black Pearls from Coles and he had the bindings on and set perfectly within 24 hours!! He's always such a pleasure to work with and does an excellent job. He also adjusted a pair of Santa Ana's for me perfectly. I highly recommend bringing your skis here for their tune ups and any needed repairs. And also the ski/binding selection at Coles is pretty great for new gear, all the latest and greatest!! read more

My husband and daughter went in here 3/14/2023. The employee that helped them was off handed and rude. I wasn't there but my daughter came back and told me. I wish I had a name but I only know she had a nose piercing. Too bad they bought their goggles there, I would have left and gone elsewhere. read more

Went in with my homie to look around. Asked Tim a question about boots that quickly snowballed into new goggles fir my friend and myself, as well as trying on gloves and mittens. Wow. This place 20 years ago was the go to place for top of the line ski wear. A lot has changed in 20 years. There are plenty of sales people on the clock but no one available as they're all trying ongear or chatting amongst themselves. Also no one seems to know the product and what they sell and don't sell. Do they just pull people off the street for sales help. Disappointed especially in level of service the manager provided, the guy who's 200lbs overweight, but works at an athletic ski shop. Unbelievably unhelpful and rude. Train your staff in the product and quality customer service while you're at it train a professional management team able to lead. I will find another place to spend my money in Park City for ski gear. read more

I recently had a snowboard binding break mid mountain. I brought it straight to cole sports at the base and the guys there were able to fix it within minutes and got me back on the mountain. They were friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time they have worked on my board or bindings and both times I could not have been happier. read more

I have my first upcoming ski trip in Park City, Utah, so I needed outfits for the trip. I lucked out by finding Cole Sport's website and calling in, because they placed me on the phone with a girl named Tiffany and she was beyond helpful - she spent probably a full hour on the phone with me walking me through all options in the store that would fit my size and also that would please my taste based on what I told her I was looking for. She sent me pictures, pricing, brand name, etc of each item. As a result, I probably spent more than I planned to because she sent me so many amazing options, but it was 100% worth it - I saved on time in terms of shopping in store and in terms of her expertise helping me to quickly know what is best for my upcoming trip. She was so nice, not pushy at all, and she helped me pair together two solid outfits (pants, jacket, beanies) for my upcoming trip. She mailed everything out that day + free shipping. Cole Sport carries a plethora of brands and inventory, so between their selection and superior customer service, I'm sure I'll be a long term customer. Thank you, Tiffany. read more

02-Jan-2022. The guys up at Bazooka's were terrific. Very friendly and very helpful. I suffered a pretty bad blister on my new Burton boots and Tim, Abue, Jesse, and Lando did their very best to reform the boot to get me relief. I didn't even buy the boots from the shop and they were willing to do whatever to help. Solid crew up there minding the shop. My hat goes off to them. read more

Rented skis, boots and a helmet here - the staff is super knowledgeable and gave me some tips for slipping into my boot that I'd never heard before. Of course when they up-sell you but on a powder day on Park City, you go for it. Pro tip - you can store you skis overnight here for free ($7 bucks closer to the slopes) AND they have lockers for just one dollar (100 yards away it's $14 bucks). Morale of this review - good service and perks for rentals (free overnight storage) read more

Amazing place and the best tuning services in Park City. JP is the best! Highly recommend to anyone looking for ski services.

Such great service!!! We had purchased our own equipment, but my 15-year-old son couldn't get his feet into his new ski boots. Tears. We decided we may need to rent him some boots for the day, and went into Cole Sport looking for help. Our sales guy, Chad listened respectfully to our particular issue. He measured my sons foot, took a look at his boot, and suggested new socks. He walked us through the process of inserting his foot into the boot, and then gracefully repeated all his instructions for a 3rd or 4th time when my husband joined us. I rally appreciate the time he took to help us with our issue. I also appreciated that he spoke to us respectfully even though we were literally doing something as simple as putting on socks and boots. Five stars all the way!!! read more

Go to Vinny if you need new boots! Best knowledge in town and will help find exactly what you need!

I went in on New Year Eve towards the end of the day to get bindings on my skis. When I walked into the shop I was greeted by an associate who not only pointed me in the direction of the shop but walked me there and carried my skis. He got me all set up and handed my off to Danny and JP. I asked if I could get the skis back the same day so I could hit the slopes first thing the next morning. Despite being busy with the New Years crowd the guys made it happen and did so within an hour so. Great service and overall experience! read more

One of my old Atomic Trackers lost their front bolt entirely, which meant no touring at all and no inbounds skiing unless I wanted to tap my toe. No one could find the old part to such an old reworked binding, until I stopped into Cole Sport on a whim and JP talked though the issue with me, dug around the back, and miraculously located the exact bolt and replaced it on the spot!
