We had two offers from the first two showings and one was more than the original listing price. Ryan kept us informed every step of the way and was very thorough in answering any and all questions. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and we have never had a more honest, dependable, and knowledgeable agent as Ryan. He was always available to answer any questions we had.
