After reviewing all of the details, they were very kind to initiate a refund to me as compensation for things that didn't go well. He also broke a desk during the move, and we now have to go through the process of getting reimbursed for the damage. He also did not speak English, which made communication very difficult and required us to direct him through each step ourselves, something we hired a moving company to avoid. The only mover who could communicate with us was clearly overwhelmed and, to make matters worse, the mover who could not speak english had headphones in during the move, making it even harder to give directions. Overall, it felt like we were doing the move ourselves despite paying for professional help. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
