I stopped in here for my birthday after dinner at nearby The Southern Cafe. It wasn't crowded at all for a Thursday night in September. It was hard to choose between ice cream in a waffle cone or bowl and a delicious ice cream cupcake. The sweet cream cupcake was just enough for a birthday treat and the chocolate shell on the bottom made for a doubly good dessert. Our order to go was served with a smile, a genuine "thank you" and "happy birthday." It is a short walk to get here if you are staying at Safety Harbor Resort & Spa. read more

Eating ice cream is great ... but ... For a unique and delicious ice cream EXPERIENCE, you have to try Cold Stone Creamery! Spectacularly delicious ice cream, mixed on a cold stone slab, personalized with your favorite toppings right before you! My wife and I shared a large Fudge Truffle ice cream cup mixed with fresh raspberries, pecans, and toasted almonds. We couldn't believe how generous the portion was (but we had no trouble finishing it - we probably would have finished a bucket!). Anyway, now we're ruined ... no other ice cream can compare. One note: The first time we went, a sweet young lady with a great personality mixed the ingredients. The next time, a young lady with no personality did so. The first experience was certainly superior (and earned the "mixer" a nice tip). read more

I received a gift card so I bought $10 worth of ice cream. The homemade flavors with real ingredients and lots of cream make for uniquely delicious ice cream. Don't get me wrong; I love BR's bubblegum cones, but this stuff is old school natural food. The waffle cones are great, too. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Stuck on Caramel Apples ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Safety Harbor, Florida

Back in the day (I think it was a Sunday), whenever someone mentioned "Cold Stone Creamery," I'd begin salivating. But Hold Up! Two things wrong with that statement above. One, nobody ever says "Cold Stone Creamery." If they do, they're an uptight jackass and I recommend you never hang out with them again. Cool people just say, "Coldstone" as if it's one word. Are you a cool people? Two, I have never salivated in my life. Over food. As far as the ice cream goes, it's cool to watch them mix toppings into the ice cream (I'm easily entertained), but the ice cream wasn't as good as I remembered from that Sunday many moons ago. Service was good, so there's that. Saves the 4. read more

Why 5 stars? Ice Cream. Yummy Ice Cream. Good service and great birthday cakes as well. Been through here more than a couple dozen times over the past few years and I can't complain. Ice cream is delicious, birthday cakes are fun and the staff is usually on point and fast even during busy times. My favorite go-to's are the pre-mixed combos like the strawberry cake or the cheesecake combo. I also like to order my birthday cakes from them and usually you can go in same day if you are a procrastinator such as myself and they will decorate it for you on the spot. Good plus! Fun times at Cold Stone and sitting outside people watching is also a good time here in good old Safety Harbor! read more

Such amazingly delicious ice cream here! Ordered the mud pie mojo with peanut butter frozen yogurt and it was really good and since it was frozen yogurt it didn't melt near as fast! "The more chocolate the batter" ice cream is omg so good! Chocolate overload deliciousness (I'm a huge chocolate fan if you couldn't tell!) If you haven't already sign up for the rewards program online! Love coming here walking downtown safety harbor and it's right next to the pier where you can go and eat your ice cream too. Great location and amazing tasting ice cream with lots of different menu options and add ins. read more

This cold stone location is good. The inside is clean, and has a friendly staff, but it's very small. Inside is quite cramped if there are multiple families waiting to order and there are only a few tables outside (but there is a nice park across the street). The ice cream is what you'd expect from cold stone- creamy, rich, and delicious. read more

Emily was a very good worker and she was so kind! also the salted caramel ice cream is soo good and the Barbie cake tasted awesome!! I also like the displays of the cakes and everything because it was cool to look at them while waiting in line (which was fast paced which I like.) read more

Have ordered delivery 3 times and everytime the order was correct and not melted. The ice cream is really good.

I like Cold Stone Creamery. The ice cream is nice quality, and the variety of mix-ins is a lot of fun. My favorite is very simple -- chocolate ice cream with mini-marshmellows. One tip -- the price difference between a small and large is about a buck. Not much... This particular location is in a nice part of Safety Harbor. Parking behind the store is easy if you can't get a spot on the street in front. We like to sit outside and people watch while we enjoy our ice cream. On the weekends you may even hear some live music from a couple of doors down. read more

Luckily this is a shop that makes what you want versus just sticking to the menu. They ended up making a turtle sundae to my request two thumbs up! Even a treat for my dog. HIGHLY recommend coming over to the Cold Stone in main street Safety Harbor! read more

When you sign up for their email club, sometimes Coldstone will send you coupons. I had one for two "like it" sized ice creams(including one mix-in) for $5.00. We rolled into Safety Harbor and the surroundings were beautiful. I was happy I'd be eating ice cream here! Coldstone is located on a street filled with small restaurants and mom-n-pop shops. That's the kind of scene I vibe with. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised to see a short line. We did go on a Sunday, though. When I approached the counter I was greeted by a girl with a big genuine smile, and she was nothing short of great about welcoming me and my coupon. I chose the marshmallow ice cream with mini chocolate chips as the mix in. Let me tell you, if I wasn't watching my calories I would happily eat that marshmallow ice cream EVERY DAY. It doesn't even need a mix in, in my opinion. It was my first time having the marshmallow flavor and I fell head over heels into sugary love. Imagine if jet puffed marshmallow cream was turned into an ice cream. That's what it tasted like. It wasn't just a flavor. The ice cream actually had the gooey, delicious texture of melty marshmallows. After procuring my tasty treat, my husband and I made our way outside. They had two wrought iron tables to sit at, and I was glad to sit with my ice cream and enjoy the view of Main Street. Coldstone has a good thing going. From the friendly help, to the cool, yum-inducing treats, I can definitely say that this will be my new ice cream spot. read more

Such delicious ice cream here with so many options! Today was national taco day and to celebrate they had waffle taco cones with different toppings on them. I got the white chocolate with Oreo cone and it was fresh and delicious! You ordered any size ice cream you wanted still and they fit it all in the cone. I had the chocolate fudge with Oreo, brownie, and fudge which was really good! Huge portion sizes and the price may seem a little higher but for quality and quantity you get what you pay for and it is well worth it! They always have many flavors to choose from and holiday flavors too. read more

My all time favorite. Been getting my Icecream there for years now. Best selection ever.

Cute place right on Main! This location is very popular because it is already getting very hot outside and the perfect solution is ice cream, right?!! Not known for the best flavor but famous for the ability to customize your ice cream exactly the way you want it - we want it our way, right? The service is friendly but slow. There is quite a bit of seating inside allows plenty of room to cool off and enjoy your purchase. They also sell water and drinks. read more

I am truly amazed. I have never received such AMAZING customer service in my life. My ice cream scooper Dawn not only cared for my ice cream but also me. She greeted us with a smile and held the energy through the ENTIRE interaction. Not only did dawn have amazing customer service, but I have NEVER seen someone with such PASSION for their line of service. When going to any other old ice creamery can assure you it will NOT compare to this interaction. Lordy trust me you will be greeted with nothing but love, passion, and phenomenal customer service. read more

Ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and it was the best I've ever had! It was a delivery order and got to my house fast, not melted and they even put the whipped cream in a separate container, their whipped cream is so delicious too! I like a cookies and cream milkshake every once in a while and now I know where to go when I get my craving! Also, every time we have come into this cold stone the workers have all been really sweet and nice, especially the older lady who works there. (Should of gotten her name) but anyways thank you for the great shake :) read more

It's good, damned good! The secret, you must get the right concoction of ice-cream with your favorite add-ons. Coldstone delivers a burst of flavor that dances on your palette bigtime. The one in Safety Harbor is small in square footage but big when it comes to serving up the goods. Our favorite is the french vanilla with bananas, fudge and nuts. To cancel out the calories, eat Cold Stone goodies while you're on the treadmill. Verdict: 4 stars. (Would have gotten 5 stars if the ice cream were all-natural). read more

This cold stone is in a really cool location in downtown Safety Harbor. Every time I pass by it never seems packed. I always order the same thing when I go here; the berry berry good (gotta have it) in a waffle bowl. This is almost never fails. However on this occasion the ice cream and fillings didn't seem to be adequately mixed as they usually are. Don't get me wrong it still tasted delicious, but it could have been better. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and another chance. Cheers! read more

This place rocks. I mean, i can feel myself getting fatter just walking in the door. But if taken in moderation this place is caloric heaven. Unfriendly staff and the ice cream tasted like it had been in the freezer for a long, long time, which is about how long I waited for a few cups of ice cream. The selections are highly overpriced and you can get something better at Dairy Queen. It took about 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back to wait on my family, and then one person took about 15 minutes to serve three small cups of ice cream with one add-in each. Not a fan. read more
