Ice cream is good when the owner is paying attention. Owner, Maricuso, is rude and does not understand American culture. I received the wrong cake for my 5 year old granddaughters birthday. The cake we were given had freezer burn on the ice cream. When I called the owner to ask for a refund of $55 for the cake we did not receive, which we ordered a week in advance, he asked me to bring the cake that we had cut to let my granddaughter eat for her birthday back and he would give me a partial credit. I normally bought multiple cakes a year from him.And ate in the store several times a year. When I talk to him about the problem with the cake he was very rude and just told me all his problems with the store. read more

TL;DR Review: You guys are crazy. I hope you guys brought your torches and pitchforks, because I'm about to become the town pariah. Come, marvel as I write a negative review about ICE CREAM! I don't really have too much of a sweet tooth, but seriously. I don't get where these five-star reviews are coming from. My kids shared a small, I had a small, and my wife had a small, and it was SEVENTEEN FREAKING DOLLARS. For ice cream. Seriously. It was good though. Wait, did I say "good?" IT'S ICE CREAM. OF COURSE IT'S GOOD! Great? Nah. Not really. I mean, it's sweet, it's cold, and I got nuts on mine, which means it was crunchy sometimes. If three small orders of ice cream runs $17 and I throw 1/3 of mine away, your small is too big. Wife and I both got Coffee Lovers Only, and it was... too rich? Too sweet? I'm _absolutely_ a coffee lover, but most of what I tasted in this was chocolate and toffee, not coffee. I order coffee ice cream generally because coffee flavor is more bitter, less sweet, but this was... It was too much. Completely meh experience, terrible considering the price. For five dollars more the four of us could have eaten an actual meal complete with sides and drinks. read more

Ah...Cold Stone Creamery. I remember the first time going, I was pretty amazed at the concept in general. They have different concoctions on the menu, or you can make up your own. They mix real toppings, such as candy, fruit, peanut butter, hot fudge, brownies, and every other mix in you can imagine. I've tried the Apple Pie A La Cold Stone (french vanilla, cinnamon, graham cracker pie crust, apple pie filling, & caramel); the Berry Berry Berry Good (sweet cream ice cream, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries); Coffee Lovers Only (coffee ice cream, roasted almonds, health toffee bar,and caramel); and the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some (french vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, cookie dough, and caramel). My favorite has been the Strawberry Banana Rendezvous (strawberry ice cream, graham cracker pie crust, white chocolate chips, strawberries, and banana). I typically replace the ice cream with the no-fat sweet cream ice cream (toppings are still pretty bad for you, but at least makes the ice cream healthier!) They have decent prices and you can sign up for their birthday club to receive a free cup on your birthday along with other offers throughout the year. By the way, they also have shakes and ice cream cakes. My husband ordered me the Midnight Delight cake for my birthday a few years back - it was delicious! read more

Ordered for delivery, got a message that our ice cream was out. We had to call three times to get someone. When we finally did they were not very friendly but we changed our order to plain chocolate, they said "no problem ". Just a few minutes later our entire order was cancelled. Definitely not impressed. The serving sizes are way too big and overpriced. The cool part of Cold Stone is the cold stone, but now they've set it up where you can't see them mix in your toppings. So it's just a regular ice cream place with mediocre ice cream, that charges too much. read more

They don't care about customer complaints. I had an incident with place in early September. My son was underserved, and the employees of the store were not friendly. I submitted online complaint, and the next day, the owner of the store wrote me a ridiculous email. I responded him/her asking some question based on his/her explanations. The same day, I received an even nastier email from the store owner which was accusing me of "getting extra ice cream for free of charge and not accepting the facts of being well served," and also saying "that the employees served us beyond expectation, and I cannot tell them how to do their jobs." I still keep the emails as proof. If you choose going to Cold Store Creamery of Little Rock, be prepared to be guilty of any problems you might face at the store. That is how the store rolls. It is so ridiculous that Little Rock branch even erased the Rating option from their Facebook page, possibly, because of their "beyond expected, quality services." You cannot write review or rate them from their FB page. read more
