I do not recommend coming here past 8 PM. The staff was completely rude. Not letting us know ahead of time when anything was closing. Death glares galore. Have some dignity and professionalism. The ice cream is fine however. Also, what was with the rude notice? "THE LOBBY CLOSES IN 5 MINUTES". Woulda had another star for kind staff. But that ship sailed far long ago. Use to be 24/7, then open till 11pm, now it's 9pm, and the lobby is always closed. Constantly out of ingredients. When receiving ice cream through the drive through they put ice cream all over the side of the cups. Needs new management. read more

So, the wife and I don't get to go to places like this very often. With a house full of kids, money isn't there for luxuries. That makes it a big deal when we do this. The wife orders the ice cream that she has been craving, but notices the clerk putting the wrong ingredients in. She asks her if she is putting the wrong ingredients in and is told no as the person starts quickly mixing. She is handed the dish and sees, right on top, the wrong ingredients. The clerk says, before the wife can even speak, "I can remake it" in an irritated voice. She remakes it quickly, and shoves it at us. Ice cream is always great but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. One young lady,Alana, working hard at giving great customer service. The manager and other staff are more interested in talking and ignoring customers. Give Alana a raise she's the kind of customer service person you need in your store. Ice cream was okay but so not worth the price. The chocolate dipped waffle cone was awful the chocolate tasted waxy and was not good at all. I would honestly rather go to McDonald's for the same quality. If you care to have many toppings than you might find it worthwhile to go here. In the past, my service at Tim Horton/Cold Stone was mediocre. Yesterday, I ordered an ice cream cake and was given a coupon for a free quart of ice cream with the purchase of a cake. I also ordered a coffee. I told the cashier that I would take the cake and ice cream to my car, and come back for the coffee. I put the cake in the car, turned around, and there was the cashier. She had walked across the parking lot (in 20 degree weather) to deliver my coffee. A simple act like that has certainly changed my mind about the service!! read more

Took our kids there for a birthday cake yummy!!! I loved the atmosphere it was comfortable for every age that we had with us the employees were super sweet to my daughter and made her feel extra special on her birthday they even gave her extra toppings for free! I love Cold Stone Creamery! My favorite is the For Coffee Lovers in the Ours size. They usually send a bogo coupon which is limited to Create Your Own treats, but I still appreciate them. The prices are a bit high but the ice cream is superb! I love that it is open 24/7 and I take full advantage! Further, they have free wifi and are connected with Tim Hortons so you can eat, drink, and have dessert. It's an awesome place for a date, girls night out, celebrations, meetings or, a place to work. The ambience is comfortable usually clean and cozy. I recommend this place to everyone at least once....then no more prodding needed. read more
