I have to say, Cold Stone really needs to work on their mixing technique. I always request less mixing so I can enjoy my ice cream intact, but unfortunately, it was mixed so much that it melted before I could even eat it. The staff is incredibly nice and sweet, which I appreciate, but despite my request, my ice cream ended up a melted mess ( less than 10 mins commute). It was such a waste! :( I hope they can find a way to balance mixing while keeping the ice cream at the perfect consistency. read more

Great place! Affordable, cute, clean, patient and kind workers. I stopped by here with my husband and four kids, they were very busy! It was about 730pm on a weeknight. They were out of gummy bears so we just got plain ice cream. Delicious. I think we paid about 16 bucks for 5 small cups! read more

Workers were very rude and unhygienic. Gave the ice cream to me in a rude demeanor and when my friend accidentally dropped it because they let go very early they all laughed and made fun of her. Not nice people. read more

Good ice cream and friendly staff...hoping they offer rolled ice cream in near future I can't find any in Blaine area-but that's a personal preference read more

Staff and ice cream was excellent! I got the peanut butters lovers and it was amazing! It definitely satisfied a craving.

refused to talk to me and just left me standing there waiting. tried checking out my boyfriend before asking me what I wanted and we were buying together Clearly, he said it 3 times before they understood. incredibly rude read more

I am very very passionate about ice cream. So naturally any place where I can customize my ice cream is awesome! Cold stone lets you build you ice cream. You start from the type of ice cream and you can put in whatever candies and syrups and even a brownie into your ice cream. They hand mix it in for you and everything. This Cold Stone only has a few tables inside, so if it is busy when you come, you may have to bring it outside or take it to go. They also have a bathroom here which is nice. I always get the chocolate devotion when I come here. It is so good and chocolatey and everything I want in my ice cream! It is a tad expensive for the amount of ice cream you are getting, but what I do it go with someone who gets what you get and buy a large one and split it! It will save you a ton of money versus getting two separate smalls or mediums! read more

Best. Experience. Ever. I was so blown away by the chop-chop-fold-folding of the young man who made my ice cream (personalized at my own request by the substitution of a brownie in place of Oreo cookies) that I had my date ask for their names. It was Jimbo and Sam and a really tall guy who I don't think had a name who were working that night. Shout-out to Jimbo, Sam, and the nameless guy. The ice cream was tasty, mixed to perfection, and personalized to my preference. I'm still thinking about the silky texture of the generous fudge and the salty compliments of the peanut butter and almonds nestled in softly with the irresistible brownie within it's host of coffee ice cream. Every time I'm sad, I will think about how happy I was when I was eating it. In all seriousness tho, I've never had an issue at this Cold Stone. I've seen other customers annoyed by small mistakes in their order or miscommunications, but these are all handled well and quickly by the employees. The ice cream is certainly on the more expensive side and the smallest request (like a few extra sprinkles) will cost you extra dollars. However, for an occasional date or meeting up with friends, this Cold Stone is my go-to place. read more

They didn't sing when I tipped. Is that not a thing anymore? But the ice cream is goos

To start off, did not wear gloves nor washed hands in between customers and at the register Secondly, service was rude and unprofessional. Where is the supervisor? Third, ruined my order by pouring watery juice from the raspberries on my ice cream when I clearly stated to take a different topping. read more

The ice cream is amazing but I walk in and all 3 employees have their masks not covering their nose and or mouth. One had his completely off and waited a few seconds until he put it up. The rest had theirs below their noses and continued to talk as the mask slid down their face eventually exposing their mouth. I expect customers to have a hard time with the mask mandate but not the employees. Very disappointed. They obviously don't care about the safety of their customers. read more

At Coldstone now. Watching the 1 worker with a line 10+ deep train 2 others on how to make waffle cones. About the most annoying thing ever. Can't say I'll be back. read more

Ice cream cookie sandwiches and ice cream cupcakes- sign me up. Stopped in for some quick treats to bring to my family. They were a hit. Nice freezer section with the premade treats right when you walk in . Great flavors and great tasting. Very glad to see this option over here. read more

I love Cold stones Ice cream, you can mix flavors together and there are many toppings and the service was nice.

Good shakes just a lily filthy inside definitely needs some cleaning and their lights seem to be flickering

The ice cream was great, and the service was great. One thing ruined the whole experience for me. There was a piece of hair in my ice cream. People with hair should be required to wear a hair net. read more

Thank god they didn't sing... The ice cream tasted chalky.... I used to work at one back in high school so I know how they are supposed to make it, I also know that if it tastes 'chalky' like it did that it was not mixed properly. Well I hadn't eaten at one since then because of my distaste for it after working, and I am somewhat sad that I chose to eat here again... Oh well. Like I said, they didn't sing to me at least. read more

Bro legit takin 2 and a half years to get his damn strawberry banana smoothie Ariela cool tho

I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. It took the driver almost 1.5 hours to get the order. Incredibly understaffed and slow service. The fresh made treat I ordered, which was a strawberry cheesecake cup was phenomenal. Pricy, but good. I also ordered a quart of Oreo Overload ice cream. This was the WORST tasting ice cream I have ever had. Horrible texture, horrible flavor, and obviously commercially packaged. WalMart great value Oreo ice cream blows this stuff away, as does anything you can find in a gas station. They need to quit selling it, because it is not the same ice cream as made in the store. The store made is much denser, creamier, and tastier. read more

Love my Cold Stone! Staff pretty pleasant (teenagers), but as long as I get my ice cream, all is good! Love the cake batter ice cream with brownie. THE BEST BROWNIES!! I wish it didn't melt so fast. Sometimes during a hot day I can barely get out the door and it is dripping all over me. Maybe that is a new flavor? ;-) read more

This place is my favorite place to get icecream there is so many combinations possible and if you can't decide you can choose from their premade recipes. Though the only bad thing i can say about it is a little on the pricey side. read more
