They have a nice menu and great happy hour deals. Staying here for 2 weeks and I wouldn't want to be at any other hotel here, the Cobblestone is where it's at!

This is a nice hotel for short or longer stays. I've recently been coming for a new client of mine…read more Rooms a clean and nice sized. Starbucks coffee in room and breakfast is included with the room. Decent breakfast choices. Waffles, eggs, bacon etc. They also have a dinner restaurant that I haven't been to yet. Decent reviews. Gym is small but nice also. Small pool too. My one issue is the wifi. It's basically hit and miss. If your above the second floor and on the edges of the hotel it's non-existent. I was on the second floor right over the lobby for my last stay and it still disconnected several times an hour and speeds were awful. I mentioned this when checking out and I was told they would mention it. I said I've mentioned it before and nothing seems to be happening with it. She said that they can't do anything else and that it was to do what I ith the servers......ok, Hmmm. I thought wifi was sent from your provider and it came into your building through a modem that then sent the signals out thru the router. Now they have complete mesh systems that can cover thousands of square feet. They need to get on the ball with this. Working in my room was not an option and I had to attend video calls. Lastly it would be nice to be able to get a late checkout once in a while, essentially when they only have a few handful of guests.

We drove several hours and had a couple before a wedding. Went to lay down and there was a sky jack moving outside our window. Beeped the whole time. No rest for us. Left reception early to get some rest. Walk all the way to find our room keys went green but wouldn't open the door. No one at the front desk. Rang bell 3 times and I told the young lady. She came down used her key and it did the same thing. Finally, she got it open. Our adult Son went to buy a pop from the machine ar 3 a.m. He took both keys and was locked out. Had to wake us up to answer the door. Then, 7 a.m. get a call from the front desk asking my first or last name. I paused(Talked with this man the day before and knew his voice) he asked if it was Kathy? I told him no. The shower head needed to be descaled big time. Had only dribbles of water coming out. Our room had a hair dryer my sisters room didn't. They had to borrow ours. Found blood on the bedspread. Our fridge frozen everything in it. My sister's didn't get cold. When we had everything out of the room I Checked the keycards.. They didn't work again. Went for breakfast. Fridge that had milk, hard boiled eggs and yogurt wasn't at the right temp. Milk cartons were not cold. Tried one and milk was room temp to warm. Yogurt the same way. I went to the front desk and the gentleman looked up for a second. I let him know whomever is in charge of food service needs to temp the fridge because it was not at the right temp. He told me it was the coffee people. Then went back to what he was doing. (I didn't tell him that I have a National Food Management license and extensive food management experience). Hot food also was not at the right temp. I am a IHG member and was very disappointed . I had to pay up front when I made the reservation and do not feel I got what I paid for. Most of the other staff was polite and courteous .

If you have any problems you have an email or a phone number to reach out to somebody and it will be days before they reply. I did not enjoy my stay and ask for a refund when checked out early. They denied my refund and now are not replying to my emails. This is very poor customer service. This hotel has no elevator and you will have to climb up two or three flights of stairs to get to your room so if you're elderly, I do not recommend it. The thermostat doesn't work very well and I was boiling in my room and the pillows are very flat and old and I started to have neck pain. I didn't enjoy my stay and as I stated, I left early, there was nobody at the hotel to talk to about these issues. I still have the email that I sent you asking for early checkout and getting a refund so you can't say you never got a message because I also talked to somebody via email by the name of Nicole. I just sent you a copy of the email. Please do the right thing and refund me the day that I was not at your hotel.
