My mom is 75. She locked her keys, purse and phone in her car at the post office next door to the police station. There was a deputy sitting in his car and she walked over and asked if he could help her or use the phone to call someone. He said, "no". My mom then had to walk into town with only a sweatshirt on in freezing cold temperatures.
