We drove up last Thursday morning for our 11:20 appointments. Everything went extremely smoothly. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, patiently helping us through all the required paperwork. We had done our homework beforehand and had everything we needed. We then had a short wait until Robert called us to his desk. He was delightful, leading us through the process quickly and efficiently while keeping a friendly conversation going. In addition to giving us useful information about driving and navigating the roads of Texas, he also gave us great tips to help us adjust to life in Texas. Even provided his impressions of different restaurants and markets in the area. We appreciated his willingness to share his knowledge with us. The hour we spent in the office flew by and was probably the best government office visit either of us had ever experienced. We highly recommend that when you need to visit a DPS office, take your business up to Sherman office.
