My husband got overly excited and wanted extra meat and noodles in his ramen and our server mentioned us if we ordered the larger portion of the ramen, it came with extra everything. (For an extra 2€, thats a great deal!). Our miso ramen tasted good, the egg was boiled just right and the pork was tender. I felt like the broth was missing something but after adding chili pepper, it helped. Turns out the larger order of ramen for my husband was more than he could handle. This place is also the second place I have ever gone to that offers this type of pasta (it is nothing like your typical spaghetti so flush that from your mind). So I'm not sure if the saltiness is normal for Raco del Turia or if we just got a fluke. The seafood paella was delicious and not as salty.
