Be very careful.
The coin you get will likely not be the one you saw in the photo. It will be the same reign and the same denomination, but not that specific coin, so if you see the photo of a beautiful ancient hammered coin on their website, don't be deceived.
How do I know ? Because when I was about to pay, it asked me how many I wanted. Every hammered coin is different and what it looks like matters enormously, so I called them to check and they confirmed that they "had many of that coin and could not match it to the picture", they would just "make it as close as possible".
As you and I know, for hammered coins, that won't do at all. I had pinpointed several very beautiful coins on their site but I will now delete all of them from my wanted list. I think they retain the photo of their most beautiful specimens as bait and hope you won't return what they send you.
I went back to the listing and looked very carefully and nowhere did it say that one would not get the SPECIFIC coin illustrated, just something similar.
To me, this is frank deception, and certainly dishonest. read more
