Ok place Some of the machine where not working It the lady that was there was super nice and helpful she really have a nice vibe read more

I arrived early on a Sunday with only 1 person inside about 9:00. Of all the 10 small washers for around $3.50 only 1 was working. That should've said enough. The place also smelled a bit. I came back after the 25 minute cycle to see about 8 other patrons trying to wash and 1 person waiting on my unit to finish up. As I got more change the machine only dispensed $4.50 out of $5.00. Good thing dryers were only $0.25 and gave 6 minutes per. My load was done in about 14 minutes. I would recommend checking the inside of the dryer as #6 had a big rubber blob in it that I noticed after I got my items out. They also promote free WiFi with a post it note with a non existent WiFi unable to access. The food vending machines was also out of order with a note to see the non-existent clerk on duty. read more

I needed to wash a king bedspread and king comforter. After reading the reviews I drove by 2 laundromats and came to Coin-O-Magic. I am so glad I did. The tag on the bedspread said dry clean only. I didn't know if washing it would ruin it but I didn't want the dry cleaning chemicals. The lady attendant was so helpful. She gave me so many tips on the best unit to use for washing and drying. I took the spread out before it was crispy dry and as she suggested, placed it on the bed to stretch and pull it. I am very happy the all cotton spread hardly shrunk at all. I do not use a laundromat often but will only use this one. read more

I live aboard a boat and came in with a full hamper Requesting for them to be washed and picking up the following day. It's a normal sized hamper yet the ladies acted overwhelmed by it. ??? They asked if I wanted all if it cleaned. Ummm...well I didn't lug it clear down here to show it to you. They weren't happy to complete it. When I was asked to bring it to the weigh scale, they asked if I tried to hide any comforters in there to make the price cheaper. I was a little discouraged why the question but I get it. I informed them that I didn't. But as I was rolling the hamper over, a towel fell out and it was a dirty towel. I like on a boat! It had some dirt and slight staining on it. You know, the grungy towel we all have. The lady then stopped me and asked well since my towel is so dirty, is she going to need to wear gloves to wash my clothing. I'm not easily offended, but that is a degrading. If you see a dirty towel and you WORK at a laundry facility? Wear gloves! That is fine but you made your customer feel dirty, unworthy and gross. I was so hurt, I walked out. I heard them say I was "unbelievable" when I left. So in final review, this company made me feel unworthy if their time, revolting and gross. It's a shame they are afraid of hard work, dirty clothes and lacked common manners. I will never step foot in that door again. read more

The machines are huge, good value, clean and efficient. The setting was convenient and there are plenty of other stores around so it felt safe. The customers were lovely. read more

their hours of operation start at 7 AM. I came in a little after nine. Nobody was around the Plumber took my order and put it in a bag and I left my name and number. Today when I went to pick it up, nobody was there a little after nine no sign no phone number nothing I came back a little after 10 still nobody there. Finally a gentleman showed up at 10:40 in the morning. With absolutely no apologies. I would never do business here and I would advise anybody else to stay away. It is dirty. There are machines that need to be hooked up that just sitting around the room where you pick it up is so clouded he can't find anything. At first he told me oh I don't think it's here. Again my recommendation is stay away. read more

New owners Argue with customer been going to the same laundry for 20 yrs been through 3 owners but this one I won't be back .....

Staff is excellent. Clean efficient and bright store. Truly wonderful people here. Reasonable prices and everything works well!

I never expected to use the word "artsy" in reference to a laundromat, yet Coin-o-Magic certainly lives up to that word. The machines work, and at a fair price, with bonuses such as: free WiFi (ask attendant), very clean bathrooms, clean environment, helpful staff, and ample parking. The decor and perks are on a level that other laundromats could learn from this one. What more could I ask for? Maybe outlets to plug a laptop in, but that's just nitpicking. Coin-o-Magic is excellent! read more

I went on a Sunday morning, October 16, 2022, to wash laundry that was in Hurricane Ian. The lady attendant was so very helpful. I hadn't been in a laundromat for a long time and she took the time to show me how to use the washers and dryers! The place was VERY clean and the machines worked perfectly. I highly recommend this Laundromat! read more

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere! An attendant was there and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again!

Spotless laundromat attended by friendly staff! This isn't a huge place, but every bit of it is clean and well-tended. The attendant very kindly pointed out that I could use one larger washer instead of two and for half the price. Highly recommended! read more

Just not up to the standards I'm used to. The surrounding are was sketch and the place itself could use some tlc. I'd go again though! Maybe I'm being too harsh. The people there are great. read more

Mixed up all my laundry with someone else's. I've been going here for years. Attendant that was there "knew nothing about the mix up" but assured me the manager would call me "when she gets here on Friday". No call. Fifty dollars to do laundry that is mostly missing. If anyone is missing any underwear, I might have it. read more

I am so pleased to announce that I found Andy the best staff member from this place when it changed ownership it truly change. they misled the former employees stringed them along promising a shift some left other employment when lack of hours due to COVID but they returned when new owners took over promises of upgrade well the most important factor the change machines were taken out of order micro managed the customers for change also scrutinize peoples loads of laundry. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere they constantly spoke to each leaving you to feel marginalized. The BEST NEWS Andy is now at the Venice laundromat in TJ Maxx mall near Cricket. I truly enjoyed doing the laundry in his company and laundry is such a daunting chore which he makes time fly. The location is airy open floor plan clean and all working machines. Good decision by owner of the Venice Laundromat as all will utilize your facility. Get the word out Andy is back in the game!!!!! read more

I have been coming here every week for more than 5 yrs, doing 80 lbs of towels. I have tried all the other laundromats in the area, none compare to the cleanliness, and courteous service I receive here. read more

Clean, convenient. The guy that used to work there was great, but the woman that works there on Sundays is rude. Her main goal is not customer service, but to close exactly on time if not before. She reminds people over & over about closing time. I saw her turn someone away that walked in the door 1 hr before closing telling them the wash had to be started 1 hr prior to closing. The last time I was there, I told her I would never be back because of the way she acted and she laughed at me. Too many choices in town to put up with someone hounding you the whole time. Also, always had multiple machines out of order. read more
