He was waiting in the doorway when I arrived and came to my car, carried it I and placed it in the wash and selected the appropriate setting. He then got me change and started the machine. The building looks like a typical old laundromat on the outside but is as nice as possible on the inside. There are hanging baskets with fake flowers and little American flags in each basket. On sight there was a separate room with several chairs and large shelves of laundry supplies, (not a vending machine with tiny boxes) When the dryer stopped there were plenty of wheeled baskets available. Went to pick them up today and they look worse than when I brought them in. They ruined the sleeves on my brand new dress! I was very specific about the puffy sleeves when I dropped the dress off. I was very irritated and said I wanted to talk to the owner and didn't think I should pay $25 when they look worse. Being a previous customer i was shocked how rude the owner was and he said you're not leaving with the dresses unless you pay. He didn't even apologize. Told him I was going to give him a terrible review. He didn't care. I even went home and called the owner and talked to him again to tell him I am upset about the dresses. He was only concerned and mad about my review comment. He had no sympathy and told me to find another cleaner and hung up on me. All this over $25. Unbelievable.
