I spent about $30 to wash and dry , but could have been less if I didn't wash and dry all 3 separately . The folding tables were great and I even had a super sweet lady offer to help me fold my rugs up when I was done! Great experience and I will be back to wash extra large loads such as these.

Then, when I came back with my load, they directed me to a washing machine, I didn't need to scramble around to find one. The overall vibe felt welcoming, down to earth and friendly. And, I also liked that they have a wet floor sign and how they move the carts to the side to keep the space safe and accessible to people passing through. I appreciated that even if they could have asked me to move my cart, they took care of it and just let me load my laundry and chill. Then, after I washed my load, they directed to the closest available dryer, which was also appreciated. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was dirty and looked like trash had been swept under machines. But, I liked that they were good about dusting their washers consistently and keeping them in working order. I also like how they regularly clean their dryer filters. If I could give them 4.5 stars, I would. If the floors were more thoroughly cleaned, I would have given them 5 stars. Other than the floors, I love the warm and welcoming vibe at this place so for that, I would come again. I've been to a few laundromats but none of them have been as friendly and accommodating as this one. So just on their vibe alone, I'd say this is my favorite one.

Owner came over to us and said we have 90 mins in in total to wash and dry. I assumed maybe they were closing down early, maybe for Xmas, I dont know lol. But, no he said thats the policy. I said they'll be no way as I have 8 bags of laundry to do. He shrugged on by.....too expensive and no one needs to deal with an attitude from an owner while we were told from other customers using machines that people fill the machine and just leave for several hours.

She eventually walked away, but told me not come back. She was moping in places where people still have to walk, then had a weird look on her face when people walked in the area. Aside from this as my mom pulled her rug out of the machine she found that the machine only made it dirtier because it was covered in dirt. We keep our rug inside in our living room and only had a urine stain from our dog so there would be no reason why it would be covered in dirt. The worker continued to yell at my mom as well as push her rug off the counter and continued to shove her out of the store as she kept saying "no! Go!" While my mom kept trying to tell her to not touch her because she wasn't doing anything and couldn't even communicate properly with her because she doesn't speak English. This laundromats worker physically assaulted my mother while she didn't understand why.

The three downfalls are 1. some of the same dryers have your coins stuck & you can't get them out so you're wasting money trying to dry. 2. Some of the regular white washers don't actually wash your clothes. They just sit in the water & drain out so your clothes are not only still dirty, they are super soapy & you have to now use another washer. People like these washers because it's only $1.75 to wash but they aren't worth it. 3. More & more machines, both washers and dryers are broken. Some have been broken for a while & some of the bottom big dryers don't heat up. It's close to home so I'll still come here, but I wish stuff would get fixed and work properly so I'm not wasting money.

It is so awesome. The machines are nice, clean, and they have a great variety of machine sizes to use. The inside of the building is very clean and well kept. They also have an attendant on site as well which always makes me feel safer. I'll continue to keep using this laundromat for my larger linen loads and any time I need to get a lot done quickly! 'Jenny's Laundry' is down on 5th Street. they have installed brand new Dexter washers, and dryers. you can use either coins, credit cards, or your phone app. 'Jenny's Laundry' is a little more expensive, but everything is new, and works.
