We have hail damage to our roof and during the weather storms everyone around us in my neighborhood got a new roof excepted for us. We got canceled! So I had to look everywhere for home insurance before they canceled us and State Farm black ball us so it was really hard finding somebody to cover my home. Never in a million years did I think I was going to have to do this! So frustrating! I finally found a company to work with us, and was able to get m house insured and I could wait to move my auto out of State Farm too. This agent was quick to cut me off cause of this roof thing , then they flagged me so I couldnt get insurance from any one else . I have to say this company is the worst and the agents office would not listen to me when I would call to ask why this was happening . I was with this insurance for more then 20 yrs and they cut me off just like that. They are not courteous or professional at all! My experience with this office has been terrible . Then they have the nerve to ask me if I want them to cover my car.
