One of the gentleman…read morethat works here was outside mid helping me reach a diagnosis of what is wrong with my car and she came out to the parking lot and told him to no longer help me due to how many questions I was asking and the amount of time that had passed (20-30min). I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed because I thought the point of a chain like O'Reilly is to help me solve a problem (happily) I am having with my car. Barb did not go out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. She simply did not care. I got mean/dirty looks from Barb anytime I went in to purchase necessary supplies I needed to repair my car. I felt like an inconvenience. It's about the principle and the standards I expect such a huge chain to stand by when interacting with their customers. I hope this issue will improve. Thank you.
