It cost us $7,000 in remediation alone and thousands more to repair the damage he caused to our home in addition to having to secure a rental since we had to move our infant daughter out of our home for her health due to the magnitude of the water loss and damage. I am not quite sure how Peter sleeps at night. You are reckless and my sincere hope is no other family has to endure the pain you caused mine.

My relative (a plumber) from another state came a year after the work was done; he saw JG's work and went out of his way to comment about how impressive the technique and quality materials were. I would recommend JG to anyone who wants the work to be done right the FIRST time (wish I had done that). This is the way businesses should be run.

Unfortunately, as he requested, I paid for it mostly upfront (my bad). Learning lesson. From the beginning we had issues with the painting details of the project. Mediocre job with nails left in wall, damaged portions of the wall were just painted right over instead of corrected, window sills left without paint and underneath windows there were spots not even painted at all. The work seemed robotic and rushed. There was very little communication which lead to problems because things had to be corrected after the fact and Brian's attitude was difficult to work with. He was surprised when I was upset because he left my door unlocked for two days in an apartment building with residents and short term rental guests who walk by constantly. Pride of work, attention to detail, and care and concern for the customer was barely existent. He even had me venmo his girlfriend for payment, Karen Nelson which I thought was unprofessional. He had asked me if I wanted references, but I did not take them. I wish I would have asked more questions before I hired Brian and High Roller Painting. This could be a scam because as I said, only partially finished the job and now he is unreachable. Very disappointed and I would definitely steer clear away from this company.

Communication was a bit challenging, and I was frustrated when I asked for a call before he came only to wake up early one morning to learn he was already up on the roof. But it was so cheap! When I asked him what he would do about it he said he had done more than we had agreed on already, and then criticized his own tactics and tried to imply they were my fault. Needless to say it did not end well between us. I cannot support a contractor who will not stand by their own advice and techniques.

Great company - they have earned my business…read more I own a rental property in Breckenridge and needed carpet cleaning for a long-term tenant turnover. I spaced making an appointment until just a few days before my service need. As expected, my (much more established) previous vendor was booked - it's Novermber in Breckenridge - what was I thinking? Anyway, I called, left a message, and got a prompt return call from one of the owners, Pablo. He worked me in to his busy schedule with no penalty, took my lockbox code, and set everything up. On the service date something got sideways and no one showed up - I learned this form the tenant who was going to move in the next day. You might expect that this would ruin the experience; if it were a different situation, it might well have. But what separates HELP from many other competitors is how Pablo solved the problem. I called Pablo, he apologized, and I told him just to make it right. One of his staff got over there shortly and cleaned the carpets. Per the feedback I got from my tenant, the kid did a great job. The icing on the cake came this morning: Pablo called me personally after reviewing my invoice, apologized for the inconvenience, and applied a meaningful discount. I honestly wasn't even all that upset - it's turnover season in Breck and all of these guys are booked solid. I got an emergency schedule placement and sometimes things get mixed up. It happens. But Pablo went above and beyond expectations to make sure he corrected the problem. They've got a new client. Very happy.
