I have had the WORST experience here and wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy... Dont waste your time, money and hard work on cleaning or shampooing the carpet when you leave either because they will still rob you. I have pictures of everything and even got a compliment during our walk through just for them to screw us over in the end. Our shower rods were missing and I offered to go buy more not remembering if they were ours or not, well the lady said they're only $5 anyways just for them to charge us $25... 1 blind blade was cracked and they charge us to replace 2 blinds??? Our carpet was NEVER replaced before we moved in and I have my own carpet shampooer that I used nearly every month to keep it looking nice just for them to charge several hundred to replace it? This place is a JOKE. Not to mention it took maintenance 2 WEEKS to replace a water filter in the fridge and they show up on a day when no one's home and enter the apartment after we said not to. Maintenance also attempted to "fix" our door knob which only lasted a day or two at a time before coming off again... this happened for over a year too up until the day we moved out they still hadn't truly fixed it. We over payed on our last months rent on accident just for them to not give us our money back... Hundreds of dollars robbed from us. Somehow our last months bills were the highest yet even tho all our breakers were off and no one was living in the apartment? I could go on and on with the shady stuff they have done. If you're thinking of moving here save yourself the time, money and stress... DONT DO IT!!! I worked hard cleaning this place with carpal tunnel and being 8 months pregnant just for Them to screw us over in the end. This is my first bad review I've ever had to leave and I'm doing it to save other people from getting screwed over too. I cleaned the whole place top to bottom, behind the fridge, inside the fridge, dishwasher, cabinets, carpet, bathrooms, walls, vents, washer and dryer attachment areas, fans, replaced light bulbs, inside And out on the windows, the doors, and even bought garbage disposal cleaner just for them to rob some more. DONT DO IT! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE STRESS And being robbed. Not to mention you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do up or down and an obnoxious train right next to the place.

We are 26 days into our 6-month lease. I will provide updates each month…read more The apartment was dirty when we moved in. It's old and smells. The patio is rotted. While moving in, we took these photos of the machine closet. This hot water heater is the nastiest thing I've ever seen. We have hot water about 30% of the time. The furnace has an incorrect sized filter in it. It's summer, so I have no idea how well it will work yet. The dryer has to run 3 times to dry everything. I have a maintenance request for all of these items. Our ac unit went out on 8/31 after hours. It was cool in the apartment, so we reported it on 9/1. Maintenance came and advised that the unit was the oldest on the property, and they would need to replace it. The unit was ordered but wouldn't be here until Monday. They brought us a very small portable unit and told us to sleep on the couch. When the apartment reached 84° I asked if they could bring a secondary unit in, and we were told they have no more, but we could purchase one. I don't feel like this is our responsibility. Monday was a holiday, and nobody showed. My husband called Tuesday to see when someone would be out. He was told the unit was en route, and the contractor was on standby. Then, the office manager left a voicemail that it would be installed on Wednesday morning because the contractor was not available We are now 5 days with no ac. I work from home. My dog paces because he's too hot. I will provide an update once this is installed and the other items are repaired. 9/5- It's 85° in here. No ac yet. Now our kitchen light no longer works.

Came home to…read morean 80° apartment after work last night, so I submitted an online maintenance request regarding my AC around 11pm. Visited the office this morning to ask if my issue could be addressed as soon as possible, and they gave the maintenance men a call-- they then showed up within 20 minutes! They gave me a little portable AC unit while they addressed the problem and were able to get a company out to remedy the problem in a super timely manner! Thank you Greens Owasso for being a complex I can count on!

The appliances are older than me. There's a dead cockroach in the time clock on the stove. The cabinets and everything were FILTHY and covered in roach scat. I had to go to the office crying less than 48 hours after move-in begging them to do something about the roaches because I couldn't sleep staying in such a disgusting environment. I had to go to family's for the night. Jordan in the office, absolutely wonderful and so sweet. She did what she could. The property manager Loretta on the other hand, does not seem to care that we are living with roaches. "Well they spray on Wednesday's" well obviously it's not helping! I should've been offered a newer or different CLEAN UNIT. No wonder it was ready a month early. Holes everywhere, roach infested, black holes and stuff all over the ceiling and walls. I've already had maintenance out twice for one issue. The head of maintenance (an older gentleman) is rude and interrupting when your trying to talk. Oh also, when I was handed the single key for the door, I went to go check it out before movers started and the key didn't even work! Turns out they don't rekey the knobs unless requested and just accept whatever key the resident previously gives. So good luck on securing your stuff! If you are reading this, RUN. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE MONEY. I am reporting them to the health department and any other place I can. I will lawyer up if this continues. This place will drain you not even a week in to living here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As of 10/16/2023 and being out for 6 days (Loretta gave me 24 hours notice to vacate Tuesday 10/10/2023) there's still no answers from the property manager Loretta or the management company! The management company had the rudest employees if you call resident relations and god forbid a corporate company have time frames and deadlines set in place! Avoid this company and apartment! I've already contacted multiple agencies about them and their predatory behavior and scams!! Loretta said I'd have an answer in a day or two and it's been 6 days and I will continue calling daily until I get my money back and working with my bank company as well to dispute the charges since the services were not provided! I will post this all over social media and have others call them until my money is returned to me I will not stop until I get my money back.
