We were given two different looking coffees and were told they were the cappuccinos. So we hung off until the other two coffees were delivered which was just as well as one of the "caps" was a flat white. Not sure that all the waitresses really wanted to be there but there was one that was cheerful. The knives on the table wouldn't cut butter though. My toast was a little tough (an new experience for me) and the knife I was given had worn out serrations. I borrowed from another dinning buddy who was given a better knife but to no avail. I had to saw through my bacon and eggs.
