I highly recommend this family dentistry! The best!! I had a fall and cracked my front tooth with the other one going up into my gums! The office staff and Dr Ryan were amazing getting me into the office right away! Dr Ryan did a wonderful job and you cannot even tell I chipped my front tooth! I was very pleased with the hygenist at this practice. That being said, I was not in agreement with paying an extra $15 surcharge for every visit. Was told it was for Waste Removal or OSHA. Neither make sense. Especially if they are a participating provider under an insurance plan. If you don't want to be required to pay surcharges don't go here. read more

My wife and I came here because of a recommendation. We asked if they would take our insurance and the did. We were informed that there is a $15 per person instrument cleaning fee each visit. Since they were recommended we figured $60 / year extra was ok. Our trouble started when my wife needed a bridge and crown work. First they wanted 400.00 to make an impression which we paid out of pocket. We put in the insurance and the out of pocket should have been @2300.00. They wanted 5800.00 extra to do the work. What's the sense of having insurance and going to a provider who don't follow the rules of the provider. We are both retired and felt we were taken advantage of. I guess this is simply a dentist for only the rich and famous.... read more

I am SO pleased with my first experience at this Dental Office. I was referred to this office by a good friend to potentially pull a tooth that was cracked in an accident. Dr. (Carlos) Coello wasn't convinced that the tooth needed to be pulled. After ascertaining that my roots were strong and the tooth was healthy, he proposed a solution to build up and crown the tooth. I was thrilled that he believed that my tooth could be saved! He numbed me well and performed the services pain free. I was able to chew on my temporary crown the next day! The office staff was great! They took my insurance! I was recommended from my friend and saw very good reviews then tried to go there. The girl took my X-ray was very gentle and nice. That made me feel lil comfortable. The Dr came to see me and long discus. I'm very scared dentist then wait too long to see dentist that made me teeth bad more n more I know that. But now finally I decided to fix all bad teeth. Told him honestly I'm very nervous then I might give him hard time like gaging to make mold or whatever but asked pls don't get upset. But after discus he was trying to send me to the other dentist. I asked him if he doesn't want to take me tell me. He explained me I'll be more comfortable. But I already with this dr so I wanted to keep him to take care of me. Then made an appt for next visit but got phone call from them to cancel that appt and told me to go the other dr. The reception lady wasn't nice at all as well. Dr. Coello and his practice are excellent. I was so impressed with his bedside manner. He and his staff are friendly, helpful and very fast. The clinic is well-run, they get you in and out but don't rush you. They are very helpful with scheduling and are incredibly professional and organized. Even during COVID I've felt comfortable going. They have sound procedures in place - you wait outside until someone comes out to take your temperature and ask you a few questions, then you go straight in to wash your hands and to be seen. They have plexiglass up at the check out area and are taking the pandemic seriously, and the staff are all wearing PPE. I couldn't recommend them more! read more

Dr. Carlos is the best dentist I've ever had! I've been going to him for over 2 years and have had several molar crowns replaced. The last crown was a front tooth and he far exceeded my expectations. This dental office is wonderful. The staff are warm and welcoming and the environment is very serene. Usually I get nervous at the dentist, but I was at peace and relaxed the whole time. If you're looking for a dentist, Doctor Karen Coello is a wonderful find. I recently had a filling fall apart on me. when I called, the office staff worked hard to fit me. I'm normally an anxious dentist person. Doctor Karen's confidence put me at ease. When she was done replacing my broken filling she polished it. The filling is very smooth. Dr. Karen Coello is absolutely amazing. I had a phobia of dentists and therefore hadn't been to one in years and years. I initially saw her for cosmetic reasons - I wanted to bond a slight gap in my front teeth. When she took x-rays however, she found several cavities. In a motherly love kind of way, she refused to do the cosmetic work until I addressed my dental health issues first. She also said I would need a few weeks to get my gums in order before the cosmetic work could be done successfully. Over several appointments, I had all of my cavities filled - and she was so gentle and easy, it completely eradicated my fear of dentistry. She also had me undergo deep cleaning for my gum health. Finally, she gave me my "reward" and did the bonding I came in for - and it was absolutely beautiful! She doesn't bill herself as a cosmetic dentist, but she should. The bonding was painless, took minutes, and cost a couple of hundred bucks, as opposed to the thousands I was thinking of spending on veneers or Invisalign. Her staff is friendly, and clinic is clean and friendly. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend her to anyone. read more

The best Dentist my wife and I ever had. Smart and competent Husband and Wife team with A+ bedside manner. The staff are equally wonderful and professional. My respect for Dr. Coello's abilities and technical capacity has reached a new level. He did an implant using 3D guided surgery. They started with a CT scan; showed me everything on the computer and created a model to guide the surgery. He uses a Sweden Martina implant (top of the line). I was in and out of the office in 60-70 minutes. Only slight discomfort with no pills and played tennis the next day. Dr. Coello personally followed up twice to make sure I was fine.
