Welcomed by the nice woman at the front desk. Immediately taken back to a room to get comfortable. Needed to tell the woman giving me the massage three times that I only wanted to foot massage and not a combo. I was quite relaxed and happy with the massage. It could have been a bit more firm and I could have shared that with her but I was just so exhausted I figured I would just go with it. I would be coming back soon anyway. Paid cash. Added a tip.

I'm currently 7 months pregnant and had sore feet, so I tried this place for a 30-minute foot…read moremassage. I called ahead for the 30-minute foot massage and they were able to fit me in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. The front desk lady was nice and was also my masseuse. She lie me down and started with my temples and shoulders instead of my feet which I thought was weird, but it was my first time there so I went along with it. The room was humid, the water temp was hot, and her massage technique felt rushed, fast massaging, and inconsistent. It started with loud talking back and forth between her and another masseuse, the phone kept ringing, and she even left the room mid-session to answer it. Turned out she ended up giving me the 1hr body + foot massage, which I didn't request. When she realized the mistake, made me worried, and then told me there was nothing I could do and kept going. I was left concerned and uncomfortable for the next 30min. I had specifically asked for a foot massage, but the pressure was focused on the tops of my feet, not the soles where I needed relief. When I told her "lighter", she acknowledged it but continued with the same pressure. When the session ended, she left the room immediately without offering assistance. Being 7 months pregnant, I had to roll to my side, carefully sit up and slowly help myself off the high bed to grab and put on my socks and shoes, which was a bit disappointing. At the end, I was charged for the full hour. When I didn't leave a tip, she asked why, and I told her the experience wasn't good and I wouldn't be returning. On my long drive home in this heat and traffic, she texted me--after tracking down my number--to apologize and offered a $10 refund, but asked for my credit card info to do it and sent me 2 pictures. My phone dinged after another, she kept messaging, asking why I was dissatisfied. This is the reason why I was dissatisfied. Overall, I left more uncomfortable than when I arrived. The experience was unsettling, especially receiving anonymous texts afterward asking for my credit card information. I would not recommend this place, particularly for pregnant clients looking for safe, thoughtful care and focused relief.

I had a very pleasant experience working with them and coordinating payments with them so my surrogate can go to acupuncture. My surrogate was very happy with the services here. She told me that this was the first pregnancy out of 4 that she did acupuncture and this was her first pregnancy that she didn't have morning sickness and nausea!! I think it shows in the demeanor of our lovely child. She is a very calm and happy baby. I definitely think the pregnancy acupuncture has something to do with it! I highly recommend the pregnancy acupuncture services here!

I am extremely disappointed in my experience today. My insurance doesn't cover acupuncture, so I…read morepaid $160 cash out of pocket. I don't mind paying for quality care, but I do mind being rushed through what amounted to about 25 minutes of impersonal treatment. The doctor never asked about my job, lifestyle, or what caused my chronic shoulder pain. There was no intake, no conversation, and no questions beyond "where does it hurt." He spoke to me for only a couple of minutes, placed needles in what felt like a generic, one-size-fits-all pattern, and left the room. Someone else later added a very low level of current to only one small area and left again. Then a different staff member removed the needles and gave a "massage" that consisted of about four minutes of rubbing Biofreeze on me with oversized gloves. As a small business owner and a holistic practitioner myself, I would be sickened if a client walked out of my studio feeling the way I do right now. They knew I was paying out of pocket, yet the experience felt like a rushed, churn-and-burn insurance visit. It was impersonal, disorganized, and honestly felt like a factory line. To add insult to injury, my shoulder wasn't even bothering me today, but after this appointment and the stress and disappointment of the whole experience, it is tight again. For comparison, my husband had acupuncture with another practitioner in town who unfortunately moved away, and that experience was the complete opposite of what I received today. That practitioner spent a full hour with him, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored every part of the treatment to his needs. What I experienced today did not resemble that level of care at all. The doctor saw me for maybe five total minutes. Paying $160 for five minutes of actual attention is unacceptable. I left still in pain, upset, and feeling taken advantage of. I was genuinely excited to try a holistic provider close to home, but after today I will not be returning. The staff were friendly, but the entire environment felt confused and uncoordinated, almost as if a training session was happening and no one quite knew what to do. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience.
