We arrived and were treated very nice by the front office staff. Dr. Bali, was very friendly to us and our kids. Was very thorough explaining what the issues were and the proper course of treatment. I live in Iowa but was in Fresno for a wedding. I woke up one morning with a severe bout of vertigo. After searching online for a chiropractor, I found PFC and made a call. They told me they could see me right away. Dr. Vinson and the staff were extremely thorough and helpful. I left there feeling better. I even got a check-up call later that night to see how I was doing and was told if I needed to come in the next day to be seen to give them a call. The next day, I woke up with vertigo again and went in. They treated me extremely well and I didn't experience it any more during my trip. If I lived in the area, there is no doubt I would regularly visit PCC for my chiropractic care. If they took such good care of an out of towner, I can only imagine how well they treat their regular patients! read more

Here on the recommendation of fellow Yelpers. I low sided my Kawasaki on the race track last week and strained some neck and back muscles. After a week of pain and taking the usual ibuprofen and Tylenol, it was time for me to get some help and relief from the aches and stiffness. I called today and got an appointment. After filling out the questionnaire and taking my vital signs, I met with Dr Balli and went over the issues I was having with my neck and back. A physical exam of my neck and back was done to find the problem area(s) that I was having. X-rays were taken of my lower back and neck I still have a follow up for the X-rays in 2 days and Dr Balli will then discuss my treatment plan. First impression was good with an efficient and courteous front staff along with Dr Balli and bedside his manner. Will post additional information after my follow up appointment. read more

I'm just here to confirm what a few other reviewers have mentioned. This business's ability to bill and utilize insurance is extremely suspect. I'm covered by two insurances, and this office is in network for both. Over the course of about a year, I paid over a thousand dollars out of pocket, being assured that this was normal, despite my protesting. Everyone in this office is pleasant and otherwise competent. No complaints there. I've been going to a different place now for a couple of years, with people even more competent and pleasant, and I have paid exactly $0 out of pocket. read more

We had to find a new chiropractor. After the death of Dr. Kenneth Ritter from the covid virus we lost a 30 year friend and chiropractor. So I set out to find a new chiropractor. After several tries, I found I Dr. Balli at Preferred Chiropractic Center in Fresno. Dr. Balli is a Palmer graduate. He is kind, knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor. He really helped me when I took a fall and injured my shoulder. Unfortunately, I need to be more mindful of how I do things. I was walking down the hallway trying to adjust my ear pods when I fell. He helped me right away. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their office is new with state of the art equipment. If you need chiropractic care this is the place to go and see Dr. Balli. read more

I no longer live in the area but I kinda want to make the 3 hour drive from LA just to see Dr. Vinson! The entire team is incredibly kind and gave exceptional customer service! I began seeing him when I was about 6 months pregnant when the back pain was unbearable. He safely performed adjustments despite my growing belly and assigned me additional treatments with his PT staff. I love that in addition to the adjustment they have a variety of treatments included such as assisted stretching and the TENS machine. I absolutely love Preferred Chiropractic Center and the all natural, holistic approach to healing our bodies! I have been experiencing significant back, neck and shoulder pain as well as dealing with sciatic nerve issues for quite some time now. Dr. Vinson was able to view my X-ray's and make an excellent treatment plan to getting me back on my healthy 2 feet again. The ladies in the front are nice and always friendly. The doctor I go to has released a lot of tension in my back and neck. I went to a different Chiropractor before coming here and I can already tell the differences I'm having. All the staff here are friendly and act like they want to be there, unlike other medical facilities where they seem to hate their job. Great experience at Preferred Chiropractic Center. From checking in at the front desk, to the tour of the facility, everything was on point. Dr. Bali was so good and took the pain away that my daughter was having. He explained everything so thoroughly to help us understand what the issue was. I have been going to the Preferred Chiropractic Center for a little over a month now to get some relief in my neck, lower back, and my right hip. I came here after my last chiropractor was unable to help with my pain and didn't have a long term plan to relieve my pain, only got temporary relief. Here I met Dr. Green and we went through a comprehensive plan after some tests, took x-rays of my problem areas, and identified where my pain was coming from. Now, after each visit, I am noticing less and less pain in my neck, lower back, and right hip and have better mobility. The facility itself is a lot more modern and the assistants are very professional and helpful going through the therapy sessions before the adjustment. They also went through my insurance and gave me a heads up of what my cost would be before any adjustment took place so I knew what I was getting into, which I appreciated. I also got one adjustment from Dr. Balli when Dr. Green was unable to see me and he was able to fill in just as well as Dr. Green with no issues at all. I am recommending them to everyone I know and will continue to come back just for routine adjustments after my pain is gone. read more

The office was clean and friendly. I was disappointed that I had to pay $150 for the first visit and consultation. When I asked on the phone if they took my insurance they said yes but nothing was said about initial payment. It was very depressing because I had to ask a family member to pay for me. I felt they didn't understand my problem completely. I asked the dr not to snap my neck because it hurts too much. On the second visit he convinced me to let him try "gently" but it still hurt a lot and then my pain became worse. I decided to go somewhere else. read more

I can side with people giving great reviews and also the customers who have had the worst experience. They have a great staff up front but seem to have a lot of newer staff that aren't familiarized with patient interaction. Not as big of a deal as it's a chiropractors office and you're there to be adjusted. Big upsell on the machines that they have as opposed to full body adjustments. I did notice that they do have quite a bit of patients and it's more of a quick interaction with the actual doctors as opposed to a deep drawn out adjustment. Tends to be quick and you're done within ten minutes. They tend to glance over your paperwork each time, which you fill out your concerns each time. But after that, it's the same adjustments each time. There isn't any catering to your individual problem. For me, there were a total of two times when they actually adjusted me, usually in the hips.The rest felt like whiplash in which they weren't releasing any lateral flexion before adjusting. Lots of other practitioners realize the importance of releasing muscle tension before and stretching before adjusting. To sum it up, there wasn't any personalized regimen, just a quick routine that they went through. Hopefully they acquire more skill as they continue on. read more
