Wow, who knew?! A walk in chiropractic place! There are doctors on duty and ready to help you. This location is in River Park by World Market and next to GNC. The hubby went there the other day and they really helped with his hurting sciatica. The girl at the desk is great! So nice and she knows her clients. My experience here was great, my bf wasn't impressed but he's a little harder to please than I am. We stopped in at this location as we were running errands in the area, but we typically use the locations in San Jose. My neck has been stiff for a couple days and I've been needing to get adjusted for a while. Dr Yamamoto was super, he asked if anything is bothering me and did an exam finding that not only my neck and upper back were tense, but my hips as well. He got me feeling like a new person walking out of there. Bf had the other gentleman work on him and said he likes his usual guy better, again, he's very picky when it comes to his chiro experience. I had an injury in June 2025, between ER and urgent care visits I was not getting any type of relief. Dr Cece was able to put me on a plan that helped managed my pain. At one point I wasn't able to lay on my back for 3 weeks. Now in September I am still waiting on my MRI due to hospital scheduling. I am so grateful that I was able to get relief in between dealing with insurance and scheduling issues. Highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic. Having recently fallen off of my bike hard while riding the BMX trail in Woodward, my neck and lower back were experiencing some dull pain which I couldn't work out myself. I was going to get a message, but saw The Joint Chiropractic and thought maybe I would give them a try despite the fact that the thought of seeing a chiropractor was scary for me. I really didn't like the idea mainly for a couple of reasons which were both expelled after my trip here. To start, Holly was super sweet, very welcoming in assisting me with my intake - which was a fast easy process. I was quickly met by Dr Rae, and brought to the back room where the work is done. Dr Rae took some time to understand what I had hoped to gain from the visit. He explained everything step by step so I would know what to expect. He really put me at ease. The adjustment didn't take long and it was extremely effective!! I walked in with neck pain and walked out feeling brand new. The kink in my neck was completely erased and I still feel great a day later! I HIGHLY recommend TJC ESPECIALLY if you have any fear of chiropractors! I am now a huge fan because of the service I received here. My neck is no longer sore when I turn my head thanks to my decision to stop here. I have zero regrets and am 100% satisfied. Paid the place a visit with their current $29 deal. Here are the pros and cons of my visit. Pros: easy to sign in and register. Nice people, clean place. The doctor I saw listened to my issues and the treatment felt like it was tailored to my needs. I'm a fairly larger person and I was able to get my back, shoulder and neck adjusted. I also have my own chiropractor that I see and is always given the generic adjustment. This place gives you the individual attention needed. Staff were all professional and friendly. Cons: it was a fairly warm day in February. The doctor was sweating profusely, dripping. I was soaked in his sweat and his body odor. It seemed they didn't have their ac on and to keep the place cool the two front doors were left wide open. I wish they had private rooms. No privacy as you're getting cracked. I have no problem but I know some people may feel uncomfortable letting strangers watch your treatment. Not bad for the walk in price and there are some subscription base packages that goes lower than the walk-in single treatment price. I'm going to stick with my chiropractor for maintenance but if I need an extra attention treatment I'll be returning. Hoping the AC is blasted in during summer hours. read more

Not enough good things to say! OMG! I do not know why I hadn't come sooner, I've been in such pain for so long... I keep asking myself why did I wait?! I'm in the end of month one, but by visit number one I was already feeling sooooo much better. Before I couldn't hold a pencil, or grip the handle bar correctly on my bicycle. But I can now! I couldn't get out of my car without practically crying, not to mention trying to stand up erect and walk without a limp. But guess what? I can now! I feel so much better! I feel younger, and I feel ABLE again! I love to get out there and walk and ride a bike and it was getting to be too much of a pain, like literally SO much pain. I was very pleased with my first time experience here! For one, they took me in as a first time "walk in" patient. (I was in desperate need for a Chiropractor LIKE NOW, as I was in pain and didn't want to wait for an appointment). Before finding them I had called another Chiropractor that was recommended by a friend, not only did I have to schedule an appointment but they said they said they don't give adjustments on the first appointment visit. So I called around to a couple other chiropractors in town and again I had to make an appointment a few days out and the prices were expensive. I came across TJC who offered a $29 first time patient visit that included consultation and an adjustment without an appointment. I called them to see if I could come in after work and they were able to accommodate me. When I got there, I was asked to fill out the short form on a tablet with various questions concerning my concerns and needs, etc. When i was finished, I was seen immediately by Dr Rae who was very thorough and asked me plenty thorough questions regarding my needs, desires and goals for chiropractic care, and then gave me the best adjustment ever! He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and gave me relief. Not just mentally (as I am always apprehensive to get adjusted by new chiropractors) but he relieved my pain (and set up a follow up plan for me that is very affordable and do-able). The office personal was very inexperienced, the owner came out and I tried to explain I was getting billed , recurring charges , wanted to be seen but he wouldn't hear me out. I took out my phone showed him the recurring charges, he didn't care to look. He said there was no account and he wanted me to call my bank to fix it. The lack of customer service was horrible. Both my mother and I signed up for a membership in Berkley, CA. I pay for both our membership in my credit card. As I find it helpful for me, my mother did not want to continue as it is too painful and has no more of transport to the office. I moved to Fresno and continued getting worked on for my lower back. I ask the front desk for a cancelation form as my mother wants to cancel her subscription. She keeps insisting it was HIPPA, when I was not trying to access, all I was asking for is a form for my mother. I showed her the contract it states that the form can be signed by my other and be certified mailed. She insisted that I was violating HIPPA, and all I wanted was the form. It makes me want to cancel both of our membership because of this experience. I told her our situation that I moved out here and my mother is all the way in the Bay Area. She has no way of getting to an office. Instead of trying to find a solution, or giving me the form to mail the Berkley branch l, she brushed off my concern. read more

Do not get suckered into this place/service. After joining and having several adjustments/stretching sessions I called in to cancel my membership. I left a detailed message that I needed to cancel. Left my phone number. No one called me back to verify my cancellation. No one called back to tell me that "You have to come in person to cancel." The initial visit was great they were so kind and helpful. I sadly had the worst encounter with the male chiropractor who did not train his employees good enough. His employees stated that all you need is to be IN PERSON to freeze an account or cancel it, over the phone. Then when I went inside stated he could not honor his own employees words. As a business owner you must be reliable for your own employees mishaps and verbal statements to the customers. Please train your employees better so that you don't confuse your customers. read more

I went to The Joint for the first time yesterday. In fact, this was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. I had recent migraines and was looking for an alternative to pain pills. I saw Dr. Moua and he was so kind and patient. He explained everything in detail and patiently took the time to answer all of my questions. My wife and I have had different chiropractors before, and although our experiences were good, it is not as thorough and personally crafted to our needs as they do at The Joint. The process feels more professional and tailored as they ask questions first and isolate the adjustments, and not just do a universal one size fits all crack everything.
